First time and gladly again. Nice and quiet in January. A small negative point is that I often had the feeling that service providers/salespeople reacted in a frustrated or dismissive manner because I don't speak Russian... This is particularly noticeable when the next Russian-speaking customer is treated in a friendly manner. In Karlovy Vary, the personnel in the tourism industry seem to have become more accustomed to the change (no noticeable treatment).

We were there with Winter. Summer is probably much better. There is a park nearby, mineral water even in the hotel and the colonnade with various springs is not that far.

Hello everyone, I wanted to say because of car parking, in front of the beeches Krivan car parking was free for us, it was important to park the car for free, but there was no free space at all. From the second day wepul was broken and didn't work for 2 weeks. On doctor's days cleaning wasn't good. Tualette basin was black and our room was dusty. Breakfast was the same, too few vegetables and fruits, coffee machine wasn't always working, sometimes there was no boiled water. Massage didn't have qualifications etc. Unfortunately we can't recommend further. Kind regards, Stecklein and Shepherd.
