Grand Hotel Nabokov corresponds to 4 stars! Thank you Sanatorium.som for the free, professionally conducted tour of Prague! We stayed at the hotel from September 24 to October 4. Basically I really liked everything. Clean and smells fresh and new, especially snow-white linen and soft towels. The service and medical staff are friendly with the exception of a few. The kitchen is good, especially the breakfasts were my favorite. They were varied and filled you up for the whole day. The same cannot be said about lunches and dinners. Although the borscht and meat dishes, venison and lamb, were excellent. It is desirable to have a variety of fruits and to have them in sufficient quantities. I would add about the kitchen. It is advisable to improve the organization in the kitchen. Very often the trays with food were empty and it was necessary to ask the staff to fill them, especially when they arrived 30-40 minutes before closing. This shouldn't happen. It's nice to spend time in a swimming pool with a jacuzzi and hydromassage jets. Cool Finnish sauna made of brand new wood. All conditions for a good rest: water with lemon, comfortable sun loungers as well as towels and sheets. About the sauna. - Since the pool and sauna are on different floors and there is only one person on duty, you have to spend time looking for the person on duty who should let you into the sauna or pool. Why not make free entry with a living card. The closing time could also be extended by at least an hour. I didn't really like the mud treatments. Although the medical staff were friendly, they seemed to feel sorry for the dirt and it was not always warm enough. There is not enough clock in the room. I dreamed of individual medical gymnastics in the gym. They said there was no professional trainer. I have a problem with the musculoskeletal system and wanted to try the new SIS system. Without any reason or explanation, I was unable to receive it. The dry carbon dioxide bath procedure was not always carried out professionally. Very often the carbon dioxide came out of the bag quickly. When you say that you need to add and tie the bag well, the answer is that it should be so. Replacing procedures the first time is free, the next times you have to pay. The reason is not always up to you. The schedule is not taken into account if you want to take advantage of the free excursion provided by sanatorium.com
