The hotel does not have a computer with internet for residents. Food - breakfast is a very good buffet, and lunch and dinner are a la carte. It should be noted that the dishes for lunch and dinner were never repeated in 10 days and were prepared with respect for the residents - tasty, with an emphasis on dietary nutrition. The treatment is quite good, but what can you get in 10 days... I would like to note the very professional massage and attentive attitude of the head nurse. The rooms are clean and large. Cleaning is done every day, towels are changed every 3 days and bed linen is changed every 5 days. The town is like in a fairy tale - renovated old mansions - mostly hotels, cute small shops. The air is clear. There is not a single industrial pipe in the city. There are also three large markets - Kaufland, Tesco and Lidl. Since there are no procedures on weekends, you can take excursions anywhere - to Prague, several cities in Germany, Austria, Paris, etc. You can also visit excellent small restaurants and drink wonderful local beer. We were at the restaurant "In Skala", where beer is prepared right there in the brewery, and the food is very tasty, we, for example, ate venison, delicious...Negatives
The town is located on the hills. When walking you have to walk, sometimes up, sometimes down. And this is not convenient for everyone. If a person has sore legs or an unhealthy heart, then walking is difficult.

Hi all! Marianske Lazne resort is a truly unique resort! We relaxed and received treatment at the Belvedere Spa Hotel. The location of the hotel is fabulous, the magnificent views from the window, the proximity of the springs always made us happy. The hotel was renovated, the rooms were clean, not boring - we liked it. The food is buffet - I would like it to be better and more varied. The food is delicious. The pool is small, considering the size of the hotel itself - so it's not for everyone. The treatment is standard, the list of procedures is very small, which is best familiarized with in advance. I really liked the medical staff, they were friendly, friendly, and professional. As a result, we had a great rest and improved our health. Thank you!

We booked the Belvedere Hotel and were accommodated at the SUN Hotel without any apologies. The hairdryer in the room was broken, the heated towel rail did not work - the bathroom was very cold, the repairs were never done. The doctor saw two people at once within 7 minutes, there was no examination - there was a short survey using a standard questionnaire, the pressure of hypertensive patients was not measured even once. Of the 21 paid procedures, 18 were prescribed; we really didn’t like our question about 3 more procedures, but they added 3 paraffin waxes to our hands! The treatment is absolutely the same, despite different health conditions, the head nurse Yana is very rude, she was in a hurry all the time, writing out a prescription costs 5 euros! It’s a pity that such a wonderful place is so unfriendly to vacationers. To the request to change dinner with lunch, the answer was: change it for the entire period, otherwise it’s impossible!

Balneology is very cramped, which also limits the list of procedures.

We enjoyed our stay at Belvedere. The hotel is very conveniently located: in the very center of the resort, close to mineral water sources, and at the same time in a quiet, beautiful place. Nice, friendly staff. The schedule of procedures is very competently drawn up: all procedures are scheduled in the morning, one after another, so that there is quite a lot of time left for walking around the city and picturesque surroundings, and if you want to go on an excursion, for example, to Germany, then it is also convenient, since most excursions begin after lunch. The food is quite varied and high in calories. We had half board - breakfast and dinner, but there was enough food. Overall, we are grateful to everyone who organized and helped us spend a wonderful holiday in Mariinsky Lazne. Thank you.

The assortment of dairy dishes is small - one cottage cheese, one Yogurt, one sour cream, fat content is not indicated. The desserts are not tasty, neither are the soups. Dishes made to order are better, but there are mistakes here too. So, the cod in the portion turned out to be completely bad, apparently it was defrosted and frozen incorrectly. They refused to replace me with another dish. Salads feature raw grated vegetables plus two dressings to choose from. And so on for two weeks. I don't know what kind of chef works here. There is no cultural program for hotel guests. This is the first time I've seen this.
