We rested and received treatment at the Maxim Hotel from May 7 - May 18, it was our first time there. We were very pleased with everything, the food was good, and so was the treatment. The hotel is located in the Center, which is very convenient for older people, the springs are very close. We were lucky with the weather, it was warm and sunny.Negatives
There was very weak internet. In the morning we didn't have enough porridge for breakfast.

Very good location, next to the Cross Colonnade, where the springs are. The staff is attentive and friendly. The food is excellent. Everything is fresh. Special thanks to Tamos, Natasha and Milan, despite late returns from walks and excursions, a hot dinner was always waiting for us. Thanks for the treatment. Disadvantages: limited range of procedures, not all procedures indicated in your advertisement are available, monotonous breakfasts. The doctor appears once a week. On other days, you can meet him at the Nove Lazne Hotel (about 750 meters away) in the morning, when this time is occupied by procedures at the Maxim Hotel.

When booking a room on the website, it was written that we could pay by card. In fact, they were forced to pay in cash, which was not available in such quantities. I had to get out of it and go to Germany to withdraw the required amount in euros. Otherwise, in the Czech Republic, the bank would charge interest for the transaction and conversion. If in your profile amazing is 5 points, and excellent is 4, then I rate everything at 5. But the location of the hotel is really 6 points - especially for older people with problems. It was painful to look at the woman with a cane who, with tears, climbed up to the Freedom from the Colonnade hotel. Well, luxury and a greater variety of food are not the main thing when you go for treatment and not just to spend time! And the price in Maxim is almost half as much as in Svoboda - and the list of procedures is almost the same. I am happy with everything - both Maxim and the beauty of Mariinsky LazneNegatives

Very close to the Colonnade with springs, close to the musical fountain. The hotel is very quiet, a beautiful hall, the room is small but clean. Breakfast is European, square it, practice it, gut it. Friendly and considerate staff, almost everyone understands Russian perfectly. There is a swimming pool, the treatment is good, as everywhere else in Lazne.
