the hotel is located very close to the colonnade with springs, next to the bus stop. The staff is very friendly, they tried to solve various requests that arose during the holiday. The rooms are large, bright, the rooms are cleaned every day, towels are changed and bed linen is changed once a week. food corresponds to a 3-star hotel and the price for accommodation.Negatives
The hotel has very weak internet. The TV in the room is small and not convenient to watch; the programs constantly freeze and it is installed on the cabinet on the side of the bed. The room does not have basic things for the convenience of living, such as a spoon for putting on shoes. A kettle and refrigerator are also missing. The pillows are not comfortable but the room corresponds to the price.

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen. When we arrived at the spa hotel Maxim, the reception was not so friendly. We were immediately asked why we didn't book directly with Hotel Maxim. That was enough for us. And the price was 934€ in Kc 22,883 and we paid 23,817 Kc, 972€. And calling from the hotel to Germany was also too expensive. We made 6 phone calls for a maximum of 2 minutes per call. Es tut mir sehr leid, aber bei Anreise müssen wir Klienten rechnen, Kurz für 934,-Eur war 25,5 CZK also CZK 23.817,-. Sie mussten nicht in CZK bezahlen, wir haben Ihnen Angebot gegeben - 30 km ist deutsche Grenze, also können sie in Euro bezahlen. Excellent location of the hotel, close to the Colonade. Beautiful interior of the halls and restaurant. Excellent work by masseuse Vladka. Attentive and friendly nurse Yulia at the pearl baths. Visiting doctor, examination once upon arrival. Head nurse Helena is unhelpful and sullen. The doctor prescribed gas injections in three zones, but she only did two and refused to do the third (knees). The pillows in the room are old and thin, we were given one more, but it would be better for the hotel to purchase new, normal ones. The hairdryer is weak, it works for half a minute and turns off. Slow Internet connection. Breakfast is monotonous, lunch is called “light” - it’s disappointing, you leave hungry. In a restaurant, an older man waiter pays attention only to Germans, mostly ignoring Russian speakers; for him it was more important to bring the Germans more beer. Добрый день, нам очень жаль, что вы остались недовольны, однако вы действительно получили все, что заказали. Отель предлагает 1 осмотр врача + 15 процедур, проживание с полупансионом и легкий обед. Есть 2 варианта обеда: классический обед и так называемый легкий обед. Вы заплатили за легкий обед, так что вы получили этот. Что касается газовых инъекций, то по состоянию здоровья разрешено всего 4 инъекции, то это уже опасно для жизни, поэтому больше давать нельзя. Подушки стандартно меняют раз в 3 года, новые закуплены в прошлом году. Самок можно взять в аренду на ресепшене, если вас не устраивает длина фенхеля у классической встроенной суки в ванную. В отеле всего 4 номера с балконом. Вы только что получили один из них, который, по нашему мнению, свидетельствует о том, что каждый клиент действительно ценит отель. К сожалению, мы никак не можем повлиять на то, что немцы заказывают пиво после обеда, а вы - нет. Сожалеем, что вы больше не посещаете наш отель, но мы относимся ко всем клиентам одинаково. Everything would be fine if it were not for the head nurse who is engaged in extortion! Does not provide the opportunity to order additional procedures from the specified list! Gas injections are performed without observing gas standards 'in anticipation of an additional payment! She behaves like a prison guard in a concentration camp! She’s rude, she swears and everything is loud! She does electrothermal procedures in a sitting position, because she saves sheets. In the rooms, the pillowcases on the pillows are patched! The bathrooms are dirty! I got scabies and fungus there! Every year I vacation in Marianske Lazne, but I have never seen such a bad hotel! Probably Maxim Gorky wrote his work “At the Lower Depths” after visiting this hotel! How the owner looks at all this chaos! All these worthless grandmothers need to be fired; they don’t give way to young people! I want to know what action was taken on my complaint! In general, the holiday was ruined!

I really liked it!!! True, for family reasons, I had to leave a little earlier. The quality of service fully corresponds to the stated three stars. All the staff are polite and friendly! The hotel is located very close to the Colonnade with mineral waters. I really liked the fact that the price includes an excursion to Prague. Of course, it’s not possible to see everything in four and a half hours, but the guide and bus driver made every effort for comfort and convenience! I can’t single out anyone separately... This is not a negative, but just wishes.... The pillows in the hotel leave much to be desired (unfortunately). And I would like the kitchen staff to consider the possibility of preparing porridge for breakfast. Sometimes I really wanted simple milk porridge for breakfast. But this is not so critical....

The procedures are very weak and do not correspond to what was stated (these are staff tricks). If you want better, pay money. The doctor visited once and did not appear again. Instead of pearl baths there was hydromassage, instead of relaxation I received severe discomfort and then my back hurt. I turned to the hotel manager for help, received a boorish response, and had to go to the local hospital for money. The manager is rude!

1. Location - very close to the springs, the city center, next to an excellent inexpensive beer bar with Khodovarsky beer. 2. Slightly lowered the rating for the quality of food - monotonous breakfasts - but this is the case everywhere. Lunches and dinners are excellent, the chef tried his best. 3. The staff is very attentive and will help you resolve any issue. 4. The room is quite consistent with three stars, it’s clean, the plumbing is in order, unlike some more star hotels. 5. 1. The pillows were a little tense, it’s not clear what they’re made of. And, despite 3 stars, I was surprised by the lack of covers on the beds. Because of this, the room does not look so cozy and tidy. 2. Lack of bathrobes, but they were not promised - this is our own carelessness, we are used to other hotels. I had to buy it, but you can rent it. 3. Attention! If you are going to Marianske Lazne for gas injections (like us - this is the main type of treatment for us), choose another spa hotel. Here, the procedure, unlike other places we have been to, includes only two zones (i.e., two injections each, for example, in the shoulders and lower back). They charge 10 euros for an additional zone - too steep. In other hotels we know, the procedure includes at least 4 zones (i.e. 8 injections). But the massage is better.

Bushova Tatyana, Popova Anastasia were in the Maxim Marianske Lazne sanatorium from 03/11/2019 to 03/24/2019. The hotel is located near the drinking gallery. We were accommodated quickly, the food was excellent, everything was delicious. Friendly waiters and all hotel employees. We communicated in Russian. On the same day, the doctor saw us and prescribed procedures. The treatment is excellent, special thanks to the massage therapist Ganka. We liked everything!!!Negatives
But there are still disadvantages. The doctor is good, but he only comes and if you get sick, there is no one to turn to, you have to go to the hospital or call an ambulance, and this is very expensive!!!
