We thank Sanatoriums.com for organizing our vacation! We booked the Neapol sanatorium, but they upgraded our category and placed us in the Imperial building. The room is not large, but with good fresh renovation, new bed linen, bathrobes, towels and all bathroom accessories. Cleaned daily, towels and bed linen changed. The food is at a very high level. During our stay there were not many vacationers, the restaurant was spacious and the restaurant itself was very beautiful. We took half board and were very pleased with both the variety of dishes and their taste. Thanks to the chefs and service staff. The sanatorium has excellent medical staff. Everyone from the doctor to the medical staff during the procedures is very caring and attentive. The medical center works smoothly, everything is on time, very high-quality treatment using mineral water, natural mud and carbon dioxide from its own well. The swimming pool and saunas were additional entertainment in the winter. Connecting several resorts of the Ensana system with single passages is a very good idea, especially in winter. We could visit bars and musical evenings in other hotels, went to a concert in the Casino, could visit the Roman baths and saunas in the Nové Lazne 5* hotel, and all this without going outside.

We were put up in the Imperial Hotel - the hotel is excellent, but there is not enough kettle in the room. The food was in the restaurant of the Zvezda Hotel, the food was excellent!!! But... like everywhere else: drinks at lunch and dinner are paid (both tea and coffee). The treatment was good, but... the treatment was prescribed WITHOUT consulting a doctor!! Thank you “Sanatorium.com” - the site is wonderful, booking is easy. But...free transfer ONLY from Prague airport to the hotel. And I needed a transfer from Karlovy Vary. Unfortunately, this is a paid transfer (60 euros!!!)

Unfortunately, there are negative points on the part of the staff: 1. My friend and I arrived on vouchers of exactly the same price, but... I was given a single room, and my friend - a double room. They refused to accept payment in cash of 5000 crowns (banknotes ), referring to the fact that these are old-style banknotes. Although I know for sure that five-thousandth banknotes are valid!! (I’m Russian, but I’ve been living in the Czech Republic for a long time). We checked in through the “star” reception, they settled us in an “imperial”. 2. We were NOT provided with a doctor’s consultation, but were immediately given a list of procedures for the entire period of treatment. No one inquired about our state of health or diseases! On what basis were these procedures prescribed??? Not a single gas injection was prescribed!! but... there were TWO “paraffin on hands” procedure. After the course of treatment there was also NO consultation with a doctor. 3. It is advisable to have a kettle in the rooms.

По поводу Вашего номера: Вы купили номер в части НЕАПОЛ и получили номер на одну категорию высше - в части Звезда Скалник. В этой части нету чайников, но по запросу их бесплатно добавляем.Незнаем, кто ваша подруга и какой номер получила, но отель обязан, и имеет права: или предоставить клиенту заказаную категорию, или высшую категорию номера. По поводу лечения: Вы купили оздоровительный пакет „Мини спа“, в который не входит консультация врача, только 2 процедуры / день по выбору из определенного списка процедур, которые можно назначать без врача, газовых уколов в этом списке нету. В случае Вашего интереса было можно заказать консультацию врача за доплату или взять пакетик процедур, напр. желаемые газовые уколы и косультация потом была бы бесплатно. По поводу оплаты: Наш персонал поступал правильно в соответствии с новыми павилами Центрального банка, но банкноты можно заменить в любом банке. По поводу трансфера: Трансфер вы купили у партнера, прошу обратитесь в этом случае на него. Прошу за ваше понимание. Сожалеем, что нам не удалось оправдать Ваших ожиданий, но наперекор тому, так как Вы красиво оценили наши гастрономические услуги и процедуры, надеемся Вас опять приветствовать в одном из отелей „ENSANA Hotels“.
