This is not the first time I’ve been on holiday in Marianske Lazne, this is my first time in San Remo. I liked everything. Everything is learned by comparison. And I want to say that in this hotel everything was better in every way. The food is excellent, a large selection, milk porridge for breakfast etc. The service staff and cleaning are superb. Treatments are always on time, I didn’t have to wait long. Since I planned to walk a lot, the location of the resort was just what I wanted. I’ll come here next time. Very good impressions. We were there from November 22 to December 2. The holiday was a success. Separately, we would like to note the attention, friendliness and professional qualities of the hotel’s colleague at the reception, Mrs. Camilla, and the masseur, Mrs. Renata. The rooms are fresh, clean and warm. Accessories were changed immediately upon request, bed linen was changed every 4th day. The dishes in the restaurant are varied (we had a buffet) and prepared deliciously. My wife and I visited at the beginning of September 2019. A very cozy hotel - only 45 rooms. Located on the "2nd line" - behind the hotel "Nove Lazne". Very quiet street, 10-12 minutes to the Colonnade. Clean air and silence. The hotel has 2 own water sources. Polite, friendly staff - they always go above and beyond to meet the customer's needs. Spacious and comfortable rooms are equipped with new appliances and furniture. Excellent cleaning. The restaurant doesn't have a lot of choice, but it is very varied. They cook deliciously and with soul. Treatment is standard - according to the set. Everything is very good at the BALNEO center both in terms of the attitude of the staff and the time of procedures. We did not feel any negativity as such. Not a very good impression from the doctor - he absolutely does not pay attention to the necessity or unnecessaryness of the procedures for the patient. Very friendly and attentive staff. When prescribing procedures, our opinion was taken into account. We took only what is available at this particular resort: mud compresses, mineral baths and a gas envelope. Water from springs is supplied to the lobby, which is very convenient. The room had everything you need including cotton pads, shoe polish, shoehorn..... There are towels and sheets for use in the sauna. Great location. Both to the sources and to Tesco, Lidl and Kaufland supermarkets. There is also a road up the mountain nearby, which you can climb up to the cable car. The food is very high quality and tasty. There were always options for dinner: fish, chicken, pork, beef, venison. It is clear that the chef treats cooking with soul. We rested in San Remo from June 01 to June 16, 2019. The hotel and location are excellent... Marianske Lazne is a resort of parks and greenery for a complete relaxation. There are many parks and walking areas, the birds are singing, the air is clean... We liked the location, there are parks and a forest area around. It's about 15 minutes to the Colonade... The hotel has its own springs... The food is delicious... The staff is friendly... like all the hotel guests... Thank you all very much... I would especially like to thank the manager Gabina, the administrator Lenka and the restaurant staff for organizing Birthday of my son... also nurse Maria for her professionalism and friendliness...
