I liked the service at the clinic and the medical center of the sanatorium. The service staff is correct and polite. Wonderful swimming pool with sauna and Turkish steam room. Beautiful and spacious double rooms "Superior". The buffet food is tasty, varied and with national flavor. Very well maintained and clean area

This is not my first visit to Naftalan for treatment. But it was my first time vacationing in Chinar. I am absolutely satisfied with all the medical services. Many thanks to the massage therapist Rauf, the physical therapy doctor Guldana. The complaints of some vacationers about the food, in my opinion, are some kind of whims. The cleaning of the premises is always on time and at a good level. The staff is prepared. Of course, maybe not 5 stars, but close to it I recommend it to everyone who is going for serious treatment, and not just for comfort.Negatives

This does not apply to the sanatorium, but there was a slight hassle with the transfer. We separately booked a transfer from and to the airport through your website. Mom lost her taxi driver's business card. The booking details promised that the transfer service would send a message to the hotel reception at least one day before departure. However, this was done only after lunch on the last day. We were very worried that no one would come and were already looking for other options. Unfortunately, the reservation details do not contain any direct contact information in this regard for such cases. I hope they fix it.

Everything else is very bad, starting with the reception desk, which is completely incompetent, the administration, which works according to its own made-up rules, the restaurant, wild large dogs on the premises that prevent you from sleeping at night, and much more... I don’t recommend it to anyone.
