I liked the Piestany resort, we were there for the second time. I like that the principles of spa treatment are followed. There are positive differences from other resorts. It is convenient that the sanatoriums are located on the island. Nice nature, not crowded, there are areas for walking. Even in the park there are places for exercise.

Natural resources - mud, mineral thermal water are amazing, some employees could benefit from lessons about personal hygiene, others from some professional training of the treatment they are providing (specifically talking about reflexology - it was nothing but total waste of my money). Park on the spa island is beautiful but pathways in the park are in a horrible condition and could use some fixing.

Я очень довольна своим пребыванием в вашем санатории. пасибо всем большое за внимание которое я получила .и только в комнце своего пребывания у меня получилась очень неприятная история с вашей сотрудницей Вероникой.Когда я делала заказ в ваш санаторий я заказала машину для встречи.для обратной дороги я машину не заказывала. я заказала себе такси. За день до отъезда Вероника нашла меня в столовой и сообщила что заказала мне машину.Когда яответила что я у нее нэтот заказ не делала аа сама заказала такси она начала на меня кричать и требоватьчтоб я отменяла свой заказ иначе мне придеться платить штраф и она меня внесет в какой то черный список. Какое право она имела так со мной себя вести ??

Very nice resort with beautiful surroundings and well taken care facilities. Thorough medical /therapy staff and quite comprehensive treatment program. Also, I really appreciate the option of being able to add on procedures/treatments. Next time I will be getting a 2 meal/day plan as it was a lot of fun to try new restaurants in town for dinner. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to every staff member for very thoughtful caring attitude toward every guest.
