Together with you, we were treated several times in Karlovy Vary, Marianske Lazne and Heves. Overall I liked it. But the best treatment for the musculoskeletal system is in Piestany. There are mud and mud pools, mineral pools, hydromassages, peloid, gas injections... Excellent medical facilities, caring specialists, excellent service. And if you wanted to have a tasty meal, there are wonderful cafes and restaurants in the city (although it is better for health and treatment to stick to the hotel restaurant food. We really hope that we will return here in a year.

Great job to all employees . Please try to get exceptional in all your work so you will deserve 5/5. I could not offer you that rate but I will try you next year and wish you all the best training and great improvement . My rate has to be 4/5 because there were many services not available for a 5 /5 rate. Who wants to stay in waiting line to make your own coffee and pay high price for the hotel full board? There were not enough servers to bring little requests at the table. We managed to get what we must have on the table because I asked for them and the server always delivered. Lesson learned for future travelers: Ask and they will deliver. Great job you all and Strive for greater service and better communication. Please BE A TEAM MEMBER. 🙏🙏🙏😊😊😊🤗🤗🤗🇺🇸

The sanatoriums.com portal works reliably, the staff is accommodating and friendly. Since there are several communication channels, you always get a quick answer. The price-performance ratio for the hotel was very good. The spa town of Piestany is known for its mud and thermal sulfur treatments, which you should definitely try. It should be noted, however, that most of these treatments take place in the spa district, and the area should be chosen centrally if you don't want to have to travel long distances to get there.
