The hotel building is located in the center, in a pedestrian area. There are many cozy cafes, shops, and a large park nearby. Nice to take a walk in your free time. Also close to the Napoleon and Pro Patria treatment base, where guests receive treatments. The Napoleon Treatment Center is modern and comfortable with a wide range of procedures and a fitness room. Unlike Pro Patria, it has a reception where employees will help you find the right service. I would also like to note the friendliness and responsiveness of the hotel staff at the reception and in the restaurant.

The hotel needs updating the rooms. The furniture is old, from the 50s. In the rooms, the carpeting absorbed many years of odors and personally caused me an allergy. My room 110 was located directly above the restaurant, where at 6 am every day food was delivered and unloaded, and at 7 am after the restaurant opened there was noise from it. So for those who like to sleep longer, this is a big problem. The food is sufficient for a 2 star hotel, but not dietary at all. I would add a boiled or steamed dish for those who want to lose weight. Very few seasonal vegetables.

My husband was not allowed to sit after the operation and they arranged a place for him where he could lie down comfortably and at the same time see the whole way to the sanatorium. The driver gave a tour on the way to the Sanatorium and even drove around the resort city, showing all the important, necessary and interesting places. In addition, he spoke Russian fluently. He carried all the luggage to the hotel and helped with check-in. Special thanks to the organizers and managers of the SANATORIUMS, Eva and Veronica. I must say that initially we booked the hotel so that it was not far to walk for the procedures, across a pedestrian bridge to the island (about 400-500 meters from the hotel) - Yalta, because hotels on the island, where the treatment took place, were much more expensive . However, at the reception of Yalta we were informed that we would live in a hotel of a lower class, 100 meters from Yalta itself, but would come to them to eat. We arrived late and everyone was tired, so we didn’t want to make a fuss and find out what was what. I wanted to sleep. We decided to find out everything from the organizers in the morning. True, they gave us a two-room and spacious room and we calmed down. In the morning, Sanatoriums representative Eva met us and told us all the details of the treatment, took us to the doctor and to the procedures. We asked her why we were not living where we had booked and whether it was possible to get part of the amount back, because... We live in a hotel of a lower class than we booked. She was very surprised and promised to look into it. By lunchtime, they not only apologized for the hotel’s mistake, but moved us to another hotel with the possibility of treatment right on its territory and with a large free mineral pool, where we could go at any time. Due to a minor mistake by the hotel staff, we ended up being accommodated in such a way that everything was close at hand. True, the room was no longer two rooms, but the child had a separate bed and the room had a huge balcony with sun loungers, so they pleased us here too. The treatment staff is attentive, they try to speak your language and do everything possible for your comfort. They help with everything from transportation to offices, if you need it, to undressing and dressing. If there is something difficult for you to go through in terms of procedures, they will be replaced with others. Here are the highest scores.

I had to run around with my suitcases when moving from hotel to hotel, because... They didn’t provide us with a taxi, and the buses run once an hour and it’s a walk to the city center to get to the stop. Considering that my husband couldn’t carry anything after the operation, and the child was small, I had a lot of fun carrying all the suitcases and bags. Specific nutrition. Sometimes it was very tasty, even though the dishes were simple and without any frills. But periodically they served undercooked fish or over-salted gravy. And considering that there is not a buffet, but dishes, sometimes you had to run to eat at a restaurant so as not to remain hungry. The nearest restaurant from our hotel is 2 km on foot.... Frankly speaking, it was problematic for a person with musculoskeletal problems to do this. in 2 weeks, 2 times there was mashed potatoes and 2 times something local (between barley and rice) but tasty. It looks like beads :) the rest of the time there was rice, which, to put it mildly, by the end of the treatment already made all family members sick.....
