I had 18 procedures included. I thought I could choose the procedures that interested me. Instead, I received a ready-made procedural sheet, which included gymnastics. Therefore, I purchased additional massages myself, instead of receiving them as already paid procedures.

I would like to include the quality of room cleaning as a negative thing, I think the cleaning workers take advantage of the fact that the administration trusts them and does not control their work, so it’s really bad. The dust is not wiped off, the vacuuming is terrible, small debris remains on the carpet in the room. But in fairness, I would like to note that the bathroom is always cleaned well.

It is very beneficial that all treatments are under one roof. The hotel is very nicely located, you can easily run or walk along the Vaag and take a break at Dino. It's a shame it was only open for two afternoons. Otherwise, I really enjoyed it and went home very refreshed. I hope all good physiotherapists don't leave your house, hold on to them!!!!!!Negatives
It's a shame that the beauty salon and pedicure were removed from the hotel. It was an enrichment of the treatment for many spa guests. I would also like to say that the many renovations in the bar area are very nice, but the spa guests would prefer more comfortable loungers and no torn sheets and towels. The food is generally very good and plentiful but it could often be a little more imaginative. Sehr geehrte Frau Hornig, vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung. Kosmetiksalon und Pediküre wurden von sehr wenigen Hotelgästen, dagegen aber zu 99% von den Kunden aus der Stadt benutzt. Wir nutzen die Räumlichkeiten jetzt für unsere Massagen u.ä. Die zerrissenen Wäsche kam so aus der Wäscherei, wir haben den Partner gewechselt, das sollte dieses Problem lösen. Ich weiss, die Schnitzel werden in Deutschland mit Soße serviert. Ein Wiener Schnitzel wird jedoch nie mit Soße serviert. Das ist eine z. B. für einen Österreicher seltsame kulinarische Erscheinung.

We really liked everything! Responsive and friendly staff. The food is varied and tasty: Breakfast is excellent, for lunch and dinner there is a choice of 6 dishes, soup and a selection of fresh salads. Everywhere is clean. It is noticeable that the rooms have been recently renovated.Negatives
The outside of the building is not in very good condition. Of course, it’s hard to do everything at once, but we hope for changes for the better.

The hotel has a beautiful indoor pool, a spacious outdoor sun terrace, which is well suited for family socializing. The rooms and balconies are functional and the TV has almost all German channels.

Excellent accommodation, lots of greenery around and close to main attractions. The staff were very attentive and friendly, including the owner. The food is delicious, the restaurant is quiet and cozy. The bed is very comfortable, the rooms are quiet.
