Very good sanatorium. We visited in December 2018. Better than Karlovy Vary and Marianske Lazne where we were last year. The approach to treatment is more designed to trigger the body’s own forces than to rely on external influences. The hydrotherapy and swimming pool system is super. The best we've seen. Steam rooms with programs are also very good. The staff and people are very friendly and sincere. The language is very similar and not difficult to understand. Sanatoriums organized a good transfer with a Russian-speaking Croatian driver and during the journey he explained all the advantages of Croatia and Slovenia. Thank you very much for a good meeting. There were questions regarding payment adjustments that were resolved positively, although it took a very long time. And everything was great and I really liked it. Everything is nearby. We went to Celje to the Christmas market - 20-30 minutes. And the excursion to Ljubljana takes about an hour. Everyone really liked it. Let's go again

Very friendly staff, great breakfast. Very beautiful location of the hotel, forest, mountains. Attentive medical workers. Clean room in good repair. Swimming pools with geysers and jacuzzi. Steam rooms for every taste. Saunas, hammams. I liked the exercises in the pools.Negatives

Lack of knowledge of the Russian language makes communication with staff very difficult. If it weren’t for Mikha, problems might have arisen, but one Russian-speaking employee is clearly not enough. Unfortunately, the first room we were given had a lot of breakdowns. To the credit of the person on duty at the reception, they changed the room to a better one without any problems, although we waited 2 hours until we got the keys. The competence of the doctor (who arrived only on the 3rd day of his stay!!!!) clearly leaves much to be desired.
