The hotel urgently needs renovation, very outdated design and pretty shabby rooms and common areas; gloomy, uncomfortable dining room! A visit to a hospital in a hotel is a waste of money!!! The rooms are tiny!

We can safely recommend the hotel. We took a ticket with full board - the food is excellent, we rate it "excellent". For 12 days, all dishes are varied and very tasty. Cleaning is good, not a speck of dust was noticed. Everyone is polite and kind! Came during the festival, enjoyed the music and wonderful clean air

Thank you for your assistance in booking and coordinating all the issues that interest us. according to a 5-point system, score 4+. The weekend program is annoying when a mass of people arrive for a couple of days creating discomfort both in the pool and in the food area. The sanatorium is turning into an entertainment resort, which is not good. Business is business, but not to the detriment of people who come to improve their health at considerable prices. This does not inspire a return visit. The staff is polite and responsive. Water is healing. The nature is amazing. Thank you very much.

For breakfast, either no or very few fresh vegetables are served. Breakfast is monotonous. The rooms are old: the furniture is worn out, it's time to change, the towels are washed out (although they are clean), the internet is bad.

IN A HOTEL RESTAURANT IT WOULD BE BETTER IF THE TABLES WERE ASSIGNED TO VACATIONERS DURING THE HOTEL VACATION, UNPLEASANT INCIDENTS HAPPENED, AND IT WOULD BE VERY DESIRABLE IF THERE WAS CARAFES WITH SIMPLE PLACE FOR DINNER WATER, IT WAS A VERY HOT SUMMER AND WE HAD TO BUY WATER ALL THE TIME , BECAUSE YOU WERE NOT ALLOWED TO BRING WATER WITH YOU, THE HOTEL IS QUITE EXPENSIVE AND I DON’T THINK WATER IS SUCH A PROBLEM. I HAVE HAD TO BE TO MANY RESORTS AND THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE FACED THIS PROBLEM.
