Speaking easier, spondylosis is the wear of the intervertebral discs and the bone tissue of the vertebrae due to aging, overload or injury. For a long time, the disease may be asymptomatic. It manifests with a moderate restriction of mobility in the affected spinal column, a feeling of heaviness, dull, dull pain, the intensity of which increases in the evening. The muscles of the back are constantly tense, patients for a long time cannot take a comfortable posture, neurological disorders develop. There may be visual and hearing impairment, fluctuations in blood pressure. The treatment is mainly conservative, limited to drug therapy, a complex of physiologic procedures (ultrasound therapy, diadynamics, electrophoresis with novocaine), physical therapy and massage.
