We were largely satisfied with everything. Very nice and friendly staff. There were also no complaints when it came to cleanliness. However, it bothered us a bit that with full board you could only have lunch from 1 p.m. For us, it was quite late. Since we take a lunch break, a large part of the afternoon is lost. Therefore, the time between drinking coffee and dinner was too short for us. We will definitely be coming back next year to enjoy the new wellness area. A big thank you also to the tour guide Magdalena. She explained everything to us very well and in detail.Negatives
We would have to argue a bit, there is nothing seriously negative. Except that the beds didn't lie well, they weren't back-friendly.

The stay at the Parkhotel was very nice. The buffet for breakfast and dinner was very rich and varied. The reception staff were very friendly. The treatments were a treat. The bathing area is currently being renovated and according to the picture it will be really elegant.

The cleaning ladies only cleaned our rooms (we had two rooms for our family) superficially, very often we only noticed a few wet spots in the middle of the room, nothing else! It didn't affect the tip at all. The cleaning lady was very unhappy that we said so at the reception and vacuumed so "diligently" that our mother was supposed to inhale even more dust. Sometimes it is annoying when employees discuss things loudly with each other during treatments.

Since I arrived by car and had a breakdown, the staff was very helpful in finding a workshop. They also wanted to organize an extension for this. The service from this workshop was also excellent; I got the car repaired at short notice. I was completely satisfied.

We booked the 5 days for €400.00. When paying, the amount was then converted into PLN at the hotel's own rate. This caused the original price to increase. This upset us a bit.

My room was beautiful and very large as a single room. The food was delicious and the cuisine was excellent. The treatments helped me. I booked massages that were worth the price. The staff was nice and accommodating.Negatives
The food was very meat heavy, which is ok for a 14 day stay. But I would have liked more vegetables. Instead there were fantastic raw vegetable salads, which I find difficult to tolerate in the evening.

It was very nice. The hotel is highly recommended. Only the spa treatments were a little too early; after breakfast would have been better. It wasn't a real cure, but a relaxing holiday with a taster course. Otherwise a first class hotel.

The hotel is advertised as wheelchair and handicapped accessible and we expressly pointed this out and reserved a room accordingly and were not told that this was not the case. For 3 weeks a very small double room with beds that were pulled apart and the mattress and topper were always slipping, bathrobes for a fee like a worn out cleaning rag and not for adults although a larger one was requested. Very unpleasant air in the spa area as well as in the hotel is not ventilated. The food, cold plate, the selection and taste are good. Dishes are also warm or cold, sauce is available in the form of broth, everything is overcooked and breaded dishes are served covered and the breading is softened. It's not Polish cuisine either. You are observed by the receptionist on camera while eating and there is no information about the camera. A manager who doesn't respond to the complaints at all and is incompetent. A very bad hotel is booked by guests only for treatments and they eat somewhere else. Not recommended.. Very very bad

What absolutely disappointed us was the dinner. You hardly had the opportunity to eat a slice of bread because the small plate with toppings was empty after a short time and was almost never refilled. You were forced to always eat warm, which is not what you expect at a buffet. However, the hot food was often already cold. When we came to eat a little later, the containers were almost empty and were hardly refilled. The treatments were good, but not all of them corresponded to the information we had given the doctor.

Arrogant and unfriendly hotel management. It's incomprehensible why do you pay €15 per day for the dog fee if a dog is only allowed to sit in the room. No entry to the restaurant, events, etc.

We were there with walkers. The location of the hotel above the spa park made the whole thing a bit difficult. What we noticed negatively was that the beds were too narrow. We are used to sleeping in 2x1 m wide beds. There was space in the room for larger beds.

We had a fantastically nice holiday, the food was very tasty with a large selection, the chef alone has to get 5 stars, the service is very nice and friendly, the room is large with comfortable beds with a drinks fridge and a locker, the cleaning ladies do their job properly Everything was super clean. The best thing comes at the end. We have booked 10 treatments, which are classic massage/radon bath/water bed massage/Tens/water aerobics. Daily sauna/whirlpool/swimming pool and fitness room. The hotel is very clean and wonderfully quiet. The food is great and very plentiful. We didn't need the full board at all. But since it was our first time in Poland, we didn't know what the local conditions were like and so we opted for full board. The treatments are well organized in terms of time and are also pleasant and tailored to the symptoms. My husband was there for the jokes and I was there for the lungs (asthmatic). But you should definitely stay for at least 2 weeks (better 3) to achieve a good effect. We will do the same on our next visit.Negatives
The smoking room is directly in the entrance area. As a non-smoker, I found it very annoying to get the smell first in my nose. It was good that there was an intermediate door to the reception. Then everything was fine again
