The health resort is wonderfully embedded and situated in nature. Has a beautiful spa park with very beautiful vegetation. The people are friendly and accommodating. The health resort is still growing and a lot of new construction is being done, whereas existing capacities in the center are unused, some are in danger of falling into disrepair again and uses/subsequent uses are still in poor condition. Inheritance law and financial problems are certainly the cause, which would have to be clarified in order to improve the company's reputation. That's too bad. The location for further visits to the landscape and sights within the three-country triangle (Poland, Czech Republic and Germany) is great. They rely heavily on German tourists, among other things, but not enough has been made recognizable and comprehensible in German. So could the former German/current names/descriptions in German be in brackets on the town signs and signposts to the sights? This was noticed not only by us, but also by all German-speaking tourists, whom we sometimes asked for help in this regard. Many places are only known to German visitors from the past and from stories. - We particularly liked the signage at the Wang Church in Karpacz in three languages: Polish, English and German. Everyone can do something with this. We visited the former Hirschberg/Jelena Gora, not far away, where we were also able to see my mother-in-law's former home. Thanks to the information office who helped us find the street with a new Polish street name. - All in all, Bad Flinsberg / Swieradow Zsdroj is definitely worth a visit for all seasons, especially for walkers of all kinds, skiers and mountain bikers. Since we were no longer active athletes of this type, we pampered ourselves with spa treatments, radon baths and radon drinking treatments and hoped for their health effects. So, and above all, highly recommended.
