We lived and received treatment at the Cisarske Lazne sanatorium from July 30 to August 13, 2017. The hotel is located in a beautiful place, surrounded by trees, flowers, fountains, the air is very good. The hotel staff is friendly. The quality of treatment is excellent, very attentive attitude of the doctor (Alena Lashkova) and the nurses who perform the procedures. Meals 3 times a day, a variety of dishes, all fresh products, vegetables, fruits, buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner (choice from the menu). Thank you very much everyone. I have trouble sleeping and noise bothers me at night. The hotel is located on two roads, nearby Arab cafes closed their work at one o'clock in the morning, and at 5 o'clock in the morning there was already transport. The air conditioners hum in the courtyard all night, I moved, but there are probably no quiet rooms in the hotel. I didn’t like the work of the masseuse; for the first time in many years, treatment in the Czech Republic did not work out. I just didn’t go for the last two massages. I will not go to this resort again.

Only positive things. Hungary was recommended to us ((musculoskeletal system)), but we do not regret that we ended up in Caesar's Spa. We were impressed by everything, starting with the reception. The staff is friendly. The procedures are wonderful. I liked the approach to the massage, first a 20-minute bath and then a massage. I would like to note the individual lessons. About food - many grumbled “there is no variety”, but excuse me, which of us prepares breakfast like this in the morning????..... for every taste - yoghurts, hot dishes, salads, pate, cheeses, sausages, pastries. Lunch - custom menu. The portions are huge and very tasty. ...If finances allow, I will definitely take advantage of the recovery in this sanatorium.....

An excellent health resort, this is the second time I’ve been to Teplice, the last time I was in Beethoven. I liked the Imperial one better: more comfortable, cozy, compact. There are many times fewer people. everything is a stone's throw away, there is good wi-fi in the entire hotel including the rooms, unlike Beethoven. The staff is as always polite and trying their best. The procedure is of good quality, the only massage is weak and only 20 minutes. Separately, I would like to thank Sanatoriums for excellent service and good prices, especially for transfers, prices are 2 times lower than competitors!

All procedures are performed in a timely manner, without delay, using new high-quality equipment. The food is varied, tasty and in moderation. You wake up to the singing of birds (the windows were on the park) - it energizes you in the morning :) Very informative, informative and well-organized excursions to the most beautiful places. Wonderful location of the resort. There are excellent restaurants nearby where you can have a delicious and inexpensive (!) meal and spend a pleasant evening (I advise you to save money on dinner at the sanatorium - you will get variety both in the cuisine and in the atmosphere, paying not much more). I was with my wife. From my wife I can add positive emotions regarding shopping. You can buy shoes and clothes for all tastes and inexpensively - don’t take a lot of money! :) Positive overflowing. It’s the same in the sanatorium from the first minute upon arrival, you immediately fall into the hands of experienced, very professional, very friendly, always ready to help you specialists. The entire staff of the sanatorium works like one big friendly family... We were treated from February 23rd - 10 days, together with my wife, we received many different procedures that were very well planned, and everywhere and always everything was on time, no delays, no hiccups, everything was highly professional. The food is very good, the main dishes are always very different and have not been repeated in 10 days, and without excess, we should not forget, after all, we are undergoing treatment, and not in Turkey on an obzhiralov, We really liked our double room 223 and the view from the window, and the height of the ceilings, and the convenient layout, it was enough to go down the floor below, and you already at the procedures, they are already waiting for you there.. Summing up the stay, my wife and I immediately decided to come again next year and in February, because both the mineral water and the procedures really helped us, with my back and knees, and my wife with a leg, back and gastrointestinal tract, and most importantly, after our stay at the sanatorium, we only had good, warm and very positive memories... Staying at the sanatorium left me with very pleasant, kind, warm feelings. I think if there is an opportunity, I will gladly come again. The food is excellent. The entire range of products is presented. The attitude of the staff towards the guests of the sanatorium, I would say, is very warm and sincere. Three weeks flew by like one day. It’s hard to say whether the treatment helped because... Not much time has passed since the end of the course. I hope there will be improvements. But I had a great rest.

In addition, every day we spent about an hour in the thermal pool of the sanatorium (mineral water with weak radon content). The sanatorium is successful, compact, and it is convenient to receive procedures. And at the CLT clinic, many women have significantly improved their appearance; for hotel residents, consultations with doctors are free. We were in October - the weather was mild, the parks were beautiful, the swans were beautiful. We attended two symphony concerts of excellent level. We checked with the vacationers - many have visited other sanatoriums, this one is the best. We booked a trip to the same sanatorium at the same time for next year.Negatives

It’s great that all the staff of the sanatorium speak Russian. Doctor O. Lashkova listened carefully and professionally prescribed procedures. Visits to all procedures were clearly organized; you didn’t have to sit in line for a minute. All the staff were very attentive and polite. The rooms are cleaned every day. The towel is changed as needed. Everything is clean and does not smell of bleach. The food is varied. Lots of vegetable salads. Baking every morning. We express our gratitude to all the staff of the sanatorium. I would like to note that the transfer was organized on time and at the appointed time. The driver Pavel arrived before the appointed time.

1. During the 2 weeks of my stay, I wore a cap to the pool alone. A cap is specified in the rules for using the pool. 2. In the dining room, flies landed on my salad three times. 3. Friday parties in the cafe on the 1st floor caused me inconvenience with too loud music, perhaps due to the close location of my room. 4. out of 8 gas injections, only 2 were successful. They were made by an adult woman. 6 was done by a young girl, my feeling was that just to do it, it was very painful. 5. I got the impression that procedures are prescribed just for the sake of being prescribed. In the first week there were 4 massages, in the second - one. In physiotherapy, the situation is similar 6. I liked individual gymnastics. But its purpose is not very clear to me. In the 1st week there were two classes with an interval of two days. In the 2nd week, two classes in a row. If the goal of gymnastics is to strengthen problem muscles, it will not work at such intervals. 7. There is no ventilation in the room as a category. I could only be there with the windows open, otherwise it was very stuffy. And there is also an unpleasant smell in the bathroom. I can’t imagine what it’s like there in winter.
