Treatment diseases of the kidneys, urinary tract in Vrnjacka Banja

Patients with chronic pyelonephritis without exacerbation are sent to the spa-resort rehabilitation phase without disturbing the nitrogen-secreting kidney function with arterial hypertension up to 160/100 mm Hg.; patients with ICD in the presence of single small stones up to 5 mm in diameter, prone to independent discharge, without impairing the urinary function of the kidneys without signs of blood in the urine above physiological norms, 1.5–2 months after prompt removal of stones; after shockwave lithotripsy (if there are calculus up to 5 mm in the urinary tract) with the prospect of independent discharge, without violating urodynamics. The treatment course includes drinking mineral waters of bicarbonate-sulphate-sodium-calcium, sulphate-calcium weak and low mineralization.
