The food is terrible! At dinner, the bread is old, there’s a lot of fried batter, the meat is tough. It feels like everything is not fresh, including the salads. The choice is very small. Although the kitchen in the restaurant cooks quite decently for the money. Breakfast is a little better, although the scrambled eggs were fresh .

There are some nuances. It turns out that at the pool you have to ask for a towel, but they don’t give you one, and while people are waiting for it, they are hidden. We didn’t know and used the towel from the room, and it was wet all the time, fortunately the weather was warm. It is written in the hotel booklet, which is in the room: linen is changed 2 times a week, but they changed it once in 12 days. I didn’t really like the food, one might even say I didn’t like it. In the first week, they served a dry dinner: dry French fries and dry chicken breast, no gravy, no vegetables or even water, although at the buffet you could always pour a glass of water for dinner. So we choked on dinner. The dishes were made to order, blind. True, when the influx of guests became larger (after about a week of our stay), they changed the conditions for serving dishes and you could visually select what you wanted and point your finger at it so that they would put it on your plate, but there were no inscriptions and it was not always possible to determine what the dish was made of . Although this could be attributed to the fact that after quarantine and with the special operating conditions of the restaurant, the chefs were not yet fully oriented.

Just like last year, the room cleaning is disgusting, and it doesn’t matter whether you leave a tip or not. It was stated that bed linen was changed 2 times a week, in the end, on the 4th day they literally begged for a change of linen, the maids were surprised at my request and were extremely unhappy, I understood that this was not planned at all, because... we were only there for a week. Separately, I would like to note the terrible quality of towels and bathrobes, washed and worn to such an extent that it is unpleasant to handle; this should not happen in a hotel that boasts 4 stars. On the very first day, we had to call a technician to clean out the drain in the shower stall; the water did not drain at all, and the entire floor in the bathroom was flooded. We solved the problem quickly and accurately, thank you, of course, but why does this have to be done in front of tourists? Again, a question for the maids, during cleaning it was definitely clear that there was a problem.

The hotel-airport transfer, which was included in the price, at 6.30 in the morning was completely inconvenient. You are left without breakfast and arrive at the airport 5 hours before your flight. It is not clear then why they ask for the flight number and time. The driver did not ask what company I was flying with, and brought me to the entrance where Austrian Airlines planes depart from, since my fellow travelers were flying with this particular company.

First I was "placed" in the room for disabled people without the balcony, not as I have made the reservation, and payed for, and got confirmation for it. I had to contact the personnel. Than I had to move to another room the night before I left the hotel. Still I do not know the reasons "why"it was so complicated.

The room was stuffy and small under the roof in the attic, the air conditioner didn’t work for 3 days, and then it worked on its own and there was no way to regulate it, Wi-Fi practically didn’t work, there wasn’t enough power, then they forgot to pay the provider, it was high time to dispose of the pillows, and send the cooks to learn how to cook, the scrambled eggs are always like crackers, the omelet is a gray lumpy mass, there is no drinkable fermented milk, and dinners are practically inedible, either very spicy or cannot be chewed, vegetables are always twisted, salads are all with vinegar. I think that such food does not fit in with the treatment of joints. As for the treatment, half of the procedures are not done for some reason, neither the hydromassage nor the vacuum, etc. work. I have been going to sanatoriums for 19 years, I saw worse only during the USSR. I will not go to this resort again.
