Our stay at the sanatorium left a very pleasant impression. From the first minutes we felt the attention of the staff. We arrived in the evening around 20.00, the restaurant was open and we were able to have dinner. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the view of the forest from the window delighted us with the sounds of birds every morning. The food at the sanatorium was a buffet, but it wasn’t very varied and you still won’t go hungry. Fish and there was meat every day. Upon check-in, we were given two unlimited lake bracelets. Which we were very happy about, since we thought that the bracelet was only for one free visit. It is very convenient to take your time and enjoy swimming in the lake and on the grounds. I did a full review on my YouTube channel @MyPartnerse from the moment I left the hotel and completely walked around the lake and showed where everything was located. Of the treatments, we only ordered massage and pedicure. But I won't recommend it. We are grateful to all the staff of the sanatorium for the warm welcome and hope to return here again next year.Negatives

We arrived at the hotel and it felt like I had been here before and knew the doctor as if I had seen him yesterday))) We arrived at the sanatorium at 2 am. Before this we called the sanatorium. They notified the reception and we were checked into a room at such a late hour. But the room turned out to be not the same as in the picture) and in the morning I wrote to the sanatorium. They told me who to contact to change my hotel room. They showed another one - spacious, fresh - just like in the picture). I was satisfied! Once again thank you very much for your work.Negatives

I really liked the massage, the massage therapist is a man, he works highly professionally! Thank him very much! And special , many thanks to our driver (transfer), during the trip he told me a lot of interesting things about the camp, customs, but most importantly, he is ACC! They also turn on the jacuzzi after 8 o'clock, despite the fact that the pool is open from 7 am. They save on electricity. Bathrobes are not changed, you have to ask for everything. I would like to express a separate negative message to the staff of Sanatorium.som. Absolute indifference to their clients after receiving payment. Regarding the transfers, all the nerves were exhausted, nothing was organized, the return transfer time was announced after my repeated letters and calls to them. The client himself must seek at least some information. The company's work is disgusting. With this attitude you lose customers. For comparison, the company *1000 roads *works at the highest level in everything, from meeting clients to accompanying them to the doctor with an interpreter, every day their representative was at the hotel and asked if any help was needed. Draw conclusions.

Fix A/C, replace chairs in rooms ( have questionable stains), replace the chief/ cook in a restaurant. Food was horrible, the same food over and over again. Doesn't deserve 4 stars

The pool has a Jacuzzi and water massage hours. Apparently to save money, even during the scheduled operating hours of the jacuzzi, they did not work and it was necessary to constantly ask the staff to turn them on. Apparently this is a policy in Heviz, since at the treatment center on the lake it was exactly the same, until you ask to turn it on, the water massage does not work, even if the staff sees that we are in the water.
