It is written in the hotel booklet, which is in the room: linen is changed 2 times a week, but they changed it once in 12 days. I didn’t really like the food, one might even say I didn’t like it. In the first week, they served a dry dinner: dry French fries and dry chicken breast, no gravy, no vegetables or even water, although at the buffet you could always pour a glass of water for dinner. So we choked on dinner. The dishes were made to order, blind. True, when the influx of guests became larger (after about a week of our stay), they changed the conditions for serving dishes and you could visually select what you wanted and point your finger at it so that they would put it on your plate, but there were no inscriptions and it was not always possible to determine what the dish was made of . Although this could be attributed to the fact that after quarantine and with the special operating conditions of the restaurant, the chefs were not yet fully oriented.

Just like last year, the room cleaning is disgusting, and it doesn’t matter whether you leave a tip or not. Separately, I would like to note the terrible quality of towels and bathrobes, washed and worn to such an extent that it is unpleasant to handle; this should not happen in a hotel that boasts 4 stars. On the very first day, we had to call a technician to clean out the drain in the shower stall; the water did not drain at all, and the entire floor in the bathroom was flooded. We solved the problem quickly and accurately, thank you, of course, but why does this have to be done in front of tourists? I think that such food does not fit in with the treatment of joints. As for the treatment, half of the procedures are not done for some reason, neither the hydromassage nor the vacuum, etc. work. I have been going to sanatoriums for 19 years, I saw worse only during the USSR. I will not go to this resort again.
