We visited 3 times. The location of the sanatorium is very convenient. The work of the staff is at a good level. The room was renovated, comfortable, compared to the old rooms. We liked the food better earlier (in terms of quality). Now it is Swiss. the table is more varied, but the quality of 2 dishes wants to be the best. Otherwise, everything is fine. Special thanks to the masseuse Maria. (I really liked her massage) I think we will continue to visit Astoria.

I reported this behavior of the nurse to the director of the sanatorium. But there was no reaction. Fewer procedures per week than in other satatoriums. If oxygen breathing is prescribed, then it is limited to another 2-3 procedures. During the appointment, the doctor conducts long spatial conversations. I have to stop to get a word in. During the film festival it was very crowded and noisy, which was not conducive to a relaxing holiday. I didn’t like everything just in terms of food: very tasteless soups, tough meat, absolutely bland porridges, baked goods were often unsuccessful. Mostly prepared foods such as sausages, sausages, cottage cheese, kefir, cookies and fruit were tasty. And another problem is the elevator, it often broke down. We were lucky that we had a second floor.

Procedures are done on one sheet all day long. Individual paper napkins for the body and head are not laid out for each patient. The food seems to be varied, but almost the same thing every day, it gets very boring. On the second shift in the restaurant All salads are wet and cannot be eaten. The restaurant staff is very attentive. They cook individually for those who need them. No baked goods for diabetics.

The Astoria sanatorium suits absolutely everything - location, attentive staff, good food, availability of dairy and fruit. I would like to especially note the gift excursion to Prague - the guide is simply a treasure. It would be good if you organized other excursions yourself, and not through other travel agencies. About nutrition - this cannot be called negative, but I would like it to be even better. We were assigned the 2nd shift in the canteen and, probably, that’s why the assortment, especially if we had to stay late at the beginning of the shift, was less varied than that of the first shift. And I would also like that when compiling dry rations (when dinner is skipped, for example, due to an excursion), the canteen workers take into account what the patients themselves would like to take with them, and not compile it at their own discretion. After all, dinner is fully paid for.

There are some minor complaints about the food, although the girls working there were very friendly. And one unpleasant moment with the nurses on the 1st floor, who receive new arrivals and give discharge. When I had a headache, I went up and asked them to take my blood pressure - they didn’t have anyone. I was refused - they told me to go to the doctor, which means sitting in line for an hour and a half, because... He receives everyone for at least half an hour, and there were already 4 people at the reception. For what? Is it really in honey? Is it so difficult for an institution to measure blood pressure?! I just needed to figure out which pill to take (for blood pressure or just for a headache). Measure the pressure for 2-3 minutes. and do not distract the doctor.
