In the distribution of procedures, they assigned 2 less than what was paid, although we didn’t take any procedures that cost 2, citing the fact that they have a lot of people and don’t have time for everyone, in order to achieve justice they had to spend their nerves. Nurses are changed every day on one and someone else is doing the same procedure every day and they do it completely differently, in rare cases as it should be, but mostly they shorten the time of the procedure. Everyone is just angry and you can really feel it. The Internet that was stated to be available in the rooms now does not work. The elevator is constantly breaking down, there hasn’t been a single day without it breaking down, and there are hundreds of people. It’s very stuffy throughout the hotel, the whole smell from the dining room is in the corridors and goes into the room. I don't think I will come to this hotel again.

The schedule of procedures is drawn up very poorly, as it does not allow for the correct drinking regime recommended by the doctor. It seems that the schedule was drawn up for the convenience of the staff - to finish the work quickly. 3. It is especially unpleasant to contact a nurse, since not a single issue is resolved immediately; you have to come to her 2-3 times. 4. It seems that the nursing staff are confused about who is meant for whom, and this is not just my impression. 5. Compared to previous visits, the sanatorium began to work worse. 6. Most likely next time I will choose another sanatorium.

Management needs to pay attention to the nurse in the emergency department with long black hair below her waist, which for some reason is loose. Dissatisfied at any time of the day. The massage leaves much to be desired. Very detailed procedures. There seem to be a lot of them, 36, but it is not clear what therapeutic effect can be obtained from the “lymphatic drainage” procedure in 3 times? Considering that the main profile of treatment is gastroenterology, I would like the dishes offered to be more dietary, and not as fatty as fried bacon and sausages.
