Attic fourth floor with sloping, small rooms with small windows with one-sided curtains. Equipped like a single room with a double bed, there was no chair in the room, we brought a red chair like in the restaurant, which doesn't match the furniture at all. The slant on the window is over the bed and my wife injured herself twice on the corner of the window. The shower hose in the shower was leaking, I reported it, a man installed the sealing ring, he wanted to change the hose the next day but he didn't come and the hose remained broken until the end of the trip. Unfortunately, the water in the swimming pool was much too cold, so we couldn't use it at all. Sauna on the other floor, we didn't find it that good. We had the room on the fourth floor, under the attic. Our air conditioning didn't work. At night it was very stuffy and too warm. We reported it at the beginning of our stay. Nobody did anything. On the last evening we were only offered to change rooms. A very bad service. Also the bathroom, the shower head and seal on the shower door were defective. That doesn't bother anyone. I rated the hotel's overall performance as satisfactory, as I did not like some aspects of the service. The meeting with the doctor was average: he mechanically prescribed medical procedures without delving deeply into the patient’s diagnosis. My friend was prescribed treatment, which caused her blood pressure to rise. Then they changed her procedures. This happened because the doctor did not take into account all the nuances of the disease. Further, the massages were of average quality: some simply stroked the body, just to finish everything quickly. This shows that the priority is making money, not results. In this case, you need to take into account that massage therapists get very tired. They have 20 massages every day, which is unacceptable even under Czech law. Workers must be protected; the total number of hours per day and breaks must be taken into account. If they all decide to complain together, then the administration may have some pretty serious problems with the law. It is clear that an economic crisis has occurred and inflation is extremely high, but this is a temporary phenomenon. Human resources must be a priority, as there is a risk of losing them. Further, the Internet speed is low. It was impossible to watch the video freely, much less download the content.
