Very small and expensive parking. It's easier to use the city one. The doctor was not very polite at the initial appointment; there wasn’t even a blood pressure pill. And the nurses are all very polite.

We are delighted with our holiday. My husband is not a fan of resorts. But here he was happy. And he said that he still needed to come. He went to all the procedures and fulfilled all the doctor’s instructions. This is his first time. Basically, he quickly gets bored at the sanatorium and doesn’t go to procedures. The hotel is clean and tidy. Everything is well thought out and there is no negativity anywhere. No queues for procedures (although we were there in March, and this is not the season). The food is excellent. Fruits and vegetables for every taste. Two types of fish and three types of meat are always present. The dishes are varied. The treatment is sufficient. The sanatorium provided water, which was exactly what was prescribed for me. It is very comfortable. Doctor Natalya is very friendly. There are no problems with the language at all. We also managed to go on excursions to Germany several times. Thanks to all the staff. We are delighted.Negatives
There is nothing negative. For information only for holidaymakers. If you have problems with your legs, it will be difficult to go to the colonnade to drink water, because... The sanatorium is located on a hill. But for us it was not difficult, because... There is a very short way, but along the steps, and a long way along the street.

Almost everywhere was clean and tidy, except probably for the wellness area, when a woman was on duty there and was always busy with her phone. A weak chef - despite the seemingly variety of dishes, everything was tasteless and unappetizing, desserts and buns generally suck, coffee beans are of the lowest quality. Breakfast and dinner are very early or extend them by at least half an hour. After 21:00 the lobby is closed, there’s not even anywhere to drink tea, not to mention quiet, calm music, because you can’t rush into the city center at such a time, and it’s still too early to sleep, not all vacationers are deep pensioners! The treatment showed a certain bias from the doctor towards imposing additional services, this is annoying. During the “charcot” procedure they tried to strip naked, this is where this practice comes from, what a limit! I am sure that the owners will adequately accept the criticism and it will be even better at Tchaikovsky.

Very good hotel, beautiful building and good location, but located on a slight hill. It is connected to the Tchaikovsky Hotel and shares a medical base with it. If you use the exit of the Tchaikovsky Hotel, it will be closer and more convenient to get to the resort area and springs. Spacious, pleasant, atypical room. We liked everything, but if you find fault, you can note the slow operation of the elevators. You need to get used to and understand the floor system of both hotels, which in my opinion is not difficult.

We have been staying in this hotel since 03/29/15. to 04/11/15. I liked everything, the food is very good, we have a buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner, it’s very nice that you don’t have to choose from the proposed menu (sometimes without knowing what you’re taking), there was always a cook at lunch and dinner who talked about the prepared dishes, everything was very tasty. We got a very uncomfortable room with access to the road. If someone smokes or a car passes, everyone is in the room. And don’t change because all the rooms are occupied. I advise you to call the hotel and agree on the location of the room in advance. And one more disadvantage that is not mentioned is the poor Internet in the Palace. If you need internet, it’s better to just go to Tchaikovsky. Because there is practically no difference. The food is the same for everyone, and so is the service.
