For the director: there is chlorine in the pool, which evaporates due to the high temperature in the room. It is not normal when the temperature of water and air is 30 degrees, there is no ventilation. I was poisoned by these fumes. My remark about the temperature in the pool was ignored by all the staff! Fuck everyone! Not only that, due to the pressure that rose and feeling very bad, I went to the medical center, where they gave me a tablet to reduce the pressure, and then they told me to buy it for myself, because the director said not to give too much. Tell me, please, is a person who came alone and feels very bad able to go to the center in the heat (where is the nearest first-aid kit) and buy medicine? A very humane approach. The doctor who treated me ignored my complaints of a headache after the pool on the first day. In short, imitation of work and individual attitude. Just a conveyor belt of vacationers who bring you money. This is the impression of your services. No massage. I bought all the services myself. The staff - with a sour face, as if they are doing you a big favor. But OK, not everyone. It was cleaned once, then it was not cleaned for 3 days! Until I asked in the corridor to take out the trash myself and change the towel. About the transfer back, which was delayed for an hour!!! I will say nothing at all. I didn’t like the staff of the sanatorium, they don’t clean the rooms on time until you ask for the towels to be changed, in the restaurant the attitude of the staff leaves much to be desired, there is no understanding. Good afternoon I rested in the sanatorium from 07/13 to 07/21/23. The overall impression is very good. At the airport I was met by a driver in a white shirt and a clean car, which already set me up that everything would be like this :) At the hotel (Green House) I was met at the registration by a guy (who took my suitcase to the room) and a woman named Lena (aka A part-time guide around Karlovy Vary, and it’s clear that he loves his job) In the morning, he’s a doctor. I met Dilfuza Mavlyanova like my own mother :)). She asked me very carefully about my health.. I even remembered that I had forgotten a long time ago.. And in accordance with the medical history, she prescribed procedures and a drinking regimen. I had 4 treatments a day. All the specialists are friendly and clearly know their stuff. Everything is clear and on time. To drink mineral water, you had to go to the Colonnades 2 times a day, which is a 15-20 minute walk there from the mountain, and from there, you understand :))). But you could also go by bus - it's free. Food at the hotel for every taste and choice. Dietary, but tasty. The fish is different every day. There was always a gastronomic delight :) they even served shark :)), mussels, cod, trout, etc.. there was meat, of course, too, but I didn’t try it. There are also a lot of vegetables and a good choice for vegans. The organization of recreation and physiotherapeutic treatment is very good. I was delighted.Negatives
This is not even a minus, but as a review so that people know who wants to go to Sanssousi. The rooms are modest but clean. It's the same in the pool. It reminded me of Soviet times :), but personally it didn’t bother me. For that, the price of accommodation, food, doctor’s examination, 14 procedures, transfer and excursion to Prague was very affordable :). Now separately about the excursion to Prague. The guide is a wonderful, energetic and knowledgeable lady. But. From 12.00 to 16.00 we walked up and down, along the steps and along the stone paving stones... For older people and people who are not used to walking 8-10 km at a time, this is hard. Of course, there were 2 small “breaks” for 10-15 minutes. And at the end of the excursion, the guide praised everyone for their endurance. I recommend taking a sandwich or some snack with you on the excursion, since the excursion ends at 16.00. After breakfast, there is quite a long break, especially for people with gastrointestinal problems.Positives

Wonderful stay at Sanssousi Sanatorium. We were in Karlovy Vary for the first time and in this hotel from 26.06 to 5.07.23. We were allowed to bring a large dog. We immediately went to the doctor, who took into account all our wishes. The service is top notch, the staff is very friendly and welcoming. Cleaning was once every 2 days and that was enough, even taking into account the dog. On Sunday they even changed the bed. There is a bus service, which is free for hotel guests. The food is simply wonderful, like homemade. The city itself is just a fairy tale. We are very grateful to the hotel staff for such a useful and pleasant stay. Next year we will be happy to come again, but for 2 weeks.Positives
