Price-quality does not match. The rooms are modest. The towels are washed. The quality of cleaning leaves much to be desired. The food is meager and monotonous. Treatment is the same for almost all patients.

Not the first time in Marianske Lazne. We liked the Hotel Marienbad the most. The springs are a 15 minute walk away. It wasn't very stressful. But it's a little uphill to get back. The living conditions are excellent. Service at a high level. The food is wonderful. Everywhere is perfectly clean. The spa area needs to be mentioned separately. The hotel is distinguished by the fact that it has several swimming pools, including outdoor ones. I liked the procedures, the medical staff does them conscientiously. Of all the hotels, this is the most luxurious.

The hotel is one of the best in the resort in terms of the quality of its medical facilities. Many people we met at the hotel had been to the resort and to different hotels many times, and everyone highly praised Marienbad. We were also impressed by the hotel, especially considering that last year we were treated in Esstentuki. Incomparable level of service and quality of treatment procedures.

Overall it was good, we enjoyed it, but it is worth noting that 1/ the rooms are not cozy, the ceilings are low, there is insufficient lighting, there is no kettle in the room, it feels like you are in a Soviet sanatorium. 2/the success of the procedures depends on who you go to, the man did an excellent acupressure massage of the feet, liked the gas injections, but the woman did not do a back massage very well. During the procedures, very thin mud packs were used. 3/ The food was either thick or empty. But it was good when there was a buffet6 and not a choice from the menu. In general, I advise you to take breakfast and dinner, and have lunch in the city. 4/ New Year's dinner was not worth the 100 euros paid, Christmas dinner for 60 euros was much better and richer! 5/ On my birthday they didn’t pay me any attention; they could have at least given me a card or a bottle of champagne, as is customary.
