Especially breakfasts, croissants, waffles, honey, a variety of cheeses, the possibility of making freshly squeezed juice (carrot and apple). The friendliest staff I've ever encountered. We always met halfway, and our wishes regarding the schedule of procedures were taken into account. We really liked the treatment. The hotel has a very good SPA (swimming pools, saunas, exercise equipment), stable Wi-Fi. Everything here is done to obtain the maximum therapeutic effect. April pleased me with good weather. I liked the sanatorium because everything in it is thought out to the smallest detail. I especially want to note the presence of 4 swimming pools, 4 types of saunas. The food is excellent. The staff are attentive and ready to help at any moment. I stayed for 2 weeks and understood what I needed go to 3. The colonnade is a 15-minute walk from the hotel. I didn’t want to leave.

We changed the bed linen after negotiations with the receptionist on the 7th day of our stay at the hotel. The maids are very nice, but they do not change towels and other bath accessories on schedule. For example, every two days, but only at the request of the client. In a spa hotel where mud and other procedures are carried out, linen must be changed frequently.

Such a rude, narcissistic young man - the manager at the reception - talked, looking over my head, to all the questions regarding lunch, an appointment with the doctor (I arrived a little earlier than the stated time, but here all the questions are for the company providing transfer from the airport) - he answered “no”, “I don’t know”, “that’s your problem”.. I experienced cultural shock. And one more drawback: from time to time there is a sewer smell in the bathroom, and the staff....pours detergents into the drains...this solves the problem for exactly half a day.
