Great hotel, it's my second stay here. The staff is very helpful and polite. Very good restaurant, almost Michelin star quality. Food is good looking and fresh, but also healthy. Great little spa, with ordinary pools, saltwater pool, three different saunas, gym. There are daily activites like stretching, pilates, pool activities etc. Good spa treatments. Great forests around and perfect hiking possibilites. Stunning scenery. The town itself it not big and there is not a lot of traffic. Many natural springs around with healing mineral water; these are for free. Also one inside the hotel itself. Possible parking in the garage. The hotel and surroundings feels safe.

Negatives

The carpet in the room is perhaps getting a little stained. Also they sometimes use smelly chemicals for cleaning. I would wish for some black bread for the meals (Žitný chléb). Also more eco food for breakfast and lunch, and labeled as eco if that is the case. Otherwise no negatives; I would love to come back.

Room cleaning every day. Towels and bathrobes are replaced every day. Spa - reception Daniel is great!! Conducts aqua aerobics, various training sessions, resolves all issues quickly, is attentive to both clients and staff. In general, Spa is an excellent team of professionals. Thanks to Dmitry, Luchie, Anastasia, Elena, Miroslava and all the other specialists (I don’t know everyone by name). Gas injections, baths, massages, mud applications and many more different procedures!!! Cosmetologist Angelina is a Miracle. Swimming pools, saunas, training, treatments are beyond praise. And special thanks to the Chefs!!! The breakfasts are amazing!!! For every whimsical taste! Dinners are delicious and sophisticated! There is a bar where there is live pleasant music every evening.
