The rooms are not comfortable, the furniture is in the style of the 50s, the walls are painted in the style of Soviet kitchens of the 70s. My husband had an allergic rash after the pool. I do not recommend this hotel to visit.

I would ban smoking throughout the hotel except the bar. When people smoke on the balcony, all the smoke goes into the room. The rooms are cleaned regularly, but the bed linen was not changed in a week.

I liked the location, it’s a leisurely 10-minute walk to the colonnade. Go three times a day and that’s the finished walk. A properly organized lunch is like a light snack with soup. You need to take rooms with a balcony, otherwise you risk watching garbage removal and other delights of economic life every morning. Friends were forced to move, which is not easy. We had a room next to the elevator, the soundproofing was excellent. You can't hear the elevator at all. By the way, they parked the car for free on the street; there are four places in front of the entrance. Excellent park of the Czech Republic in miniature. Restaurant Philip (located 5 minutes) is delicious and inexpensive. 15 km away there is the Khodovar brewery and nearby the Skala restaurant, a round-trip taxi costs 700 CZK, very tasty, the restaurant is carved into the rock, for 4, without denying yourself anything, we paid 65 euros. Breakfast was normal, lunch for a week was excellent, but the second week they cooked as if not for people, but for pigs. the neighbor complained - they came and apologized, and the next day the same thing happened, the sun lounger in the pool broke (a bolt flew out) and was not repaired within a week, although the work only took five minutes.

I would like better quality wi-fi in the room, the connection was constantly interrupted. There is no simple free water for dinner and lunch. If you are thirsty, you need to buy a bottle of water for 95 CZK. In a SPA hotel of this level, I think this should be the case. Unfortunately, a lot of chlorine in the pools caused allergies. The Saturday menu was not to our taste.

There are probably more negatives. First of all, the restaurant: practically no diet, no lunch as such. Instead of lunch there were lunch snacks, there was no liquid at lunch, no tea, no juice. There were bottles of sparkling water on the tables for 95 CZK, no matter how much water you needed - a sip or a whole bottle (0.75l). The same thing (lack of liquid) happened at dinner, although the waiters enthusiastically offered to drink beer or wine. My sister and I needed plain water to wash down the medicine we drank during meals. It was difficult to obtain plain water. A special word about the pools: there are 5 of them, all of them are quite small, in addition, the water is very warm 32-33 degrees, in the pool itself, due to the evaporation of this water, there was unbearable stuffiness. Naturally, I didn’t want to go there, but swimming in old age is a necessary part of treatment. In addition, the pool is not equipped with showers and changing rooms; there is nowhere to wash yourself before and after the pool. I would not recommend this hotel to my friends and acquaintances.
