The rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable, there is no issue with cleaning and equipment. Full set Food - varied and very light. No discomfort. I found some very tasty dishes for myself. Great restaurant staff. The hotel has excellent management control. The vast majority of staff speak Russian. The hotel manager is friendly and helpful. The reception staff does everything necessary to make guests feel calm and comfortable, helps in resolving everyday issues and even in planning independent travel routes between cities. Upon arrival, the safe in my room was found to be broken. It was instantly replaced with a new one. There are several TV channels in Russian. True, I didn’t see a single book in Russian in the library. Maybe I didn't look well? The sanatorium is located on the mountain. It's a 15-minute walk from the source. For me this is an absolute plus as it makes me move more. Overall, it was a wonderful holiday and I would like to return to this hotel.
