1) The massage therapist Anechka not only gives an unsatisfactory massage, but also during the massage starts conversations on political topics, aggressively expressing her negative opinion about politicians, while not paying attention to the patient’s comments that this topic is not interesting to him. After such a massage therapist, my blood pressure and heart rate increased. Such procedures can only be suitable for completely healthy guests with a strong psyche. But fortunately, the nurse instantly changed Anechka to another excellent massage therapist. 2) The doctor’s consultation can hardly be called a consultation, he simply took our tests and said which tests were in violation and not a word more, no questions, no recommendations. We ourselves have this information, what was the consultation?

I spent an unforgettable two weeks of relaxation at the Falkensteiner Hotel Grand Spa Marienbad!!! I really liked the service of the stay - wonderful, comfortable, cozy rooms! The treatment is good, the food is excellent, varied and tasty! There was often fish and a lot of vegetables. The service staff was polite and friendly! I especially want to thank Irina at the reception for her always attentive attitude and smile. Her smile warmed her! Elena at the reception is also a very efficient, sweet girl! There is no negativity. I would like the issue of accommodation to be resolved somehow if you arrive several hours earlier. I arrived 8 hours earlier than it should be from 11 a.m. (due to plane schedules), although the ticket was booked from August 17 and arrived at 2.30 on August 17, but I had to pay almost the full price for the day or sit on a bench after a sleepless night.

I enjoyed my stay in Marianske Lazne. The hotel is clean, cleaning is done daily, bed sheets are changed every three days, towels are changed daily. The food was deliciously prepared. The spa deserves the best reviews. It is worth paying attention to the organization of medical services, since the hotel is positioned as a sanatorium. What the doctor prescribes does not coincide with the procedures prescribed by the nurses. I believe that this is unacceptable; nurses can only regulate the time of procedures, not the names.

All the pools are heated, it seemed strange at first, but then they appreciated it. The second plus is the contingent. Mostly they are elderly Germans, very friendly. We often talked with them in the elevator. They are in German, we are in Russian. Nothing is clear, but it's fun. Almost no children. If anyone has a complex about their figure, then they should come here. Everything is very tactful. Super models avoid the hotel. And everyone feels quite comfortable both in the pool and on a sun lounger under the sun. The procedures are at an excellent level, you just have to try to find your own. They replace, rearrange - at your first word. You can go to one - try it, then move on to another. You must book with treatment - it’s cheaper. Even if you are not a supporter of intensive treatment, you can always find just something strengthening and relaxing. As a last resort, you can transfer the procedures to your spouse. The food is tasty, but without too much variety. This allows you to overeat less and plan in advance what you will eat for breakfast. The most memorable things were the abundance of cheeses, variety of fruits, and hand-made carrot juice. It’s more difficult with dinners; it’s very difficult to stay here :)Negatives

The rooms are not designer, the furniture has scratches, but it is good quality, excellent plumbing and beds. There was not enough kettle in the room. It would be possible to add less salt to soups and hot dishes. There are no coolers in public places. Water is paid, we bought it ourselves in supermarkets. There are four of them: Kaufland, Penny Market, Tesco, Lidl. Everything is in one place, about a kilometer from the hotel. Lidl is the best. There is also a large city pool for those who like to swim.

Slow elevator. For dinner, all drinks are extra (including water and tea). Walking to the springs 3 times a day is tiring even in summer. Located at the top. In winter, due to ice, the walk will take much longer. There are no appropriate chairs for oxygen therapy. Not all employees perform massage of the reflex zones of the foot in good faith.
