In our room there was a picture above the sofa on the wall with two lesbian women (as we could understand it). That really bothered us!!! and the garage spaces are narrow and expensive.

I found the location particularly nice: on one side just a few steps into the snowy forest, on the other side it went straight down to the city center (it is wheelchair accessible However, this route is not suitable) The food is really good there, the service is very friendly and professional, they speak German very well!

Staying at the Falkensteiner is, as always, a pleasure. Rooms are tastefully decorated and very clean. Room service is impeccable, helpful and courteous. Restaurant offers freshly prepared dishes to suit every taste. For breakfast there is a large selection of sausages, cheese, fruit, a large muesli counter, freshly prepared egg dishes and all kinds of drinks. For dinner there are always two soups, 2-3 meat or fish dishes, numerous side dishes, a large salad bar, great desserts. Fantastic balneo department, mud baths and mud packs are ideal for sore backs and joints. Very good massages, physiotherapy, CO2 applications. SPA is unique, there are 5 swimming pools with warm water and 3 saunas to choose from. As always - a super holidayNegatives

There was no air conditioning; in the heat of more than 30 degrees it was impossible to sleep (the pool saved us during the day). Room cleaning was excellent until the young maid came on shift. Instead of doing her job in the absence of vacationers, she asked every day whether she needed to clean, apparently in the hope that they would refuse. The vacuum cleaner was not used every day, and the plumbing was also poorly washed. The linen was changed only once and after contacting the head maid. At the same time they lived for 2 weeks. Despite the excellent work of all the medical workers, the massage therapist Alexander is unprofessional, this spoils the treatment. And even earlier, the hotel had a special feature: you could squeeze juice out of carrots and apples yourself at breakfast. This year the juice is made by restaurant workers, but unfortunately they add sugar, which completely changes the meaning of drinking freshly squeezed juice from healthy to harmful. There is no sugar-free option!

Excellent hotel. Everything is great: meeting, accommodation, the rooms themselves. The rooms are comfortable, the cleaning is good, the towels are changed as soon as you put them on the floor. Robes too. Several Russian channels on TV. The procedures are selected that you would like, nothing is imposed, both medical indications and your preferences are taken into account. The restaurant is beyond praise. Everything is delicious and the Saturday dinners are amazing. The pools are a special feature of this hotel. Rest is relaxing and soothing.
