And there is one more minus, this is the lack of fruit during lunch, they were only for dinner. I had breakfast and lunch ordered. It turned out that those who do not have dinner, but only lunch, were left without fruit. I had to go to the supermarket to buy fruit. Further. The territory of the sanatorium is very littered. And during the 2 weeks of my stay she did not clean once. Was not swept and did not collect debris from lawns and paths. This greatly spoiled my impression of the sanatorium. I didn't want to walk among garbage. I think the administration has a lot to think about.

The rooms on the fourth floor are not suitable for habitation (attics with a small window). With temperatures above 30° degrees and no air conditioning, it is impossible to sleep at night. The fan doesn't help either. In fact, the patient ends up in a torture chamber. By a strange whim of fate or the waitress, there were no sheets on the mattresses. We slept on mattress pads. This further aggravated the suffering from the heat. The food in the restaurant (canteen?) is somewhat monotonous. Little fruit. If you came for dinner not at the time the restaurant opened, but for 20-30 minutes. later, there will be no fruit at all. For people like me (patients after endoprosthetics), the hotel is not suitable. There should be furniture (part of the furniture) with higher seats, both in the common areas of the hotel itself and next to it. The mattresses in the room are too soft, which is bad for your joints. Especially when it is necessary to do independent exercises, especially in hot weather. I was surprised that in 35-degree heat they prescribed a thermal bath with a temperature of 38°. It is clear that this is the natural temperature of the source, but taking into account the condition of the patients, the water could be cooled. There is a feeling that an experiment is being conducted with patients - how long will they endure.

This was my first time vacationing in the Teplice sanatorium. A wonderful small town in a picturesque location. In the sanatorium itself, everything is organized in one place, which is very convenient. Excursions are organized on regular and weekend days. There is an opportunity for shopping - shopping centers Gallery, Fontana, Olympia. The treatment is quite well organized, and the thermal pool is simply a pleasure. But the Ore Mountains did not want to let us go, so the way back to the airport took an hour longer, the navigator sent the driver either to Germany or to Karlovy Vary. When they turned it off, the driver immediately found his way to Prague.

There are no events for hotel guests: musical evenings, concerts. The bar was not working. It opened only on January 5th and was open until 18:00! After that there are only cafes and restaurants on the street, where it is not so calm because of the migrants. There is little attention from the hotel administration to guests: no welcome drink, no introductory tour of the city, for example. In a restaurant, I would like to see cottage cheese and dairy dishes for breakfast, and in the evening - some kind of salads, except just vegetables. It’s strange, but there was always not enough fruit for everyone, although the stores were full of them and inexpensive.

The girls at the reception were always friendly; they gave us a wheelchair to use without any problems, told us how to get to Prague and Dresden, and gave us a bus schedule. It is impossible to get all the procedures you need in the required quantity, even for an additional fee. payment, everything is scheduled, everything is busy.... During the 2 weeks of my stay I received only 4 manual massages, but how they are done is a different story, light stroking distracted by private conversations with other work colleagues... perhaps they need a good massage pay extra separately.... For my 13-year-old daughter, I couldn’t help but prescribe or buy a single procedure, at first they explained that everything was busy, and then they referred to the fact that all procedures are from 18 years old!!! :))) in general, complete nonsense!!! Oh yes!!! Women, I don’t recommend the beauty salon on the 3rd floor either, a waste of money!!! They just cash out money, they don’t care about the result at all!!! Mesatherapy, which is recommended to almost everyone, leaves no effect on anyone!!!
