The only negative is that the room we stayed in had no heating and was very cold from time to time, because the room is corner, it has two balconies and a window. This is room 204. BUT we weren’t in it much, so they didn’t change it. Still, the hotel management should pay attention to this.

The biggest plus is 5 beautiful and well-maintained thermal pools (2 pools are open until 23.00) and a relaxation area! I really liked the cuisine and the choice of vegetarian dishes. The Elegance room was spacious with comfortable beds, the air conditioning worked silently. Beautiful view of the hills. All procedures are on schedule without delay. Thanks to Victor for his positivity and excellent service! Near Abano Terme there are beautiful places and good shopping. The sanatorium has a good location in the very center. The biggest disadvantage is very weak internet!!! It was impossible to change the room. The high-class room had a small shower, there was no set for tea and coffee, they brought a tea set for an extra charge of 20 euros. You can change your bathrobes once every 7 days or again for an extra charge. In August it is very hot and there are a lot of vacationers. I do not recommend high season!

It is indicated that each room has its own climate control, this is not entirely true. The air conditioning and heating are turned on centrally, we were there in May, it was very stuffy in the room, and the hotel did not turn on the air conditioning, citing the fact that some were cold, it was not very comfortable to sleep, because... When the windows were opened, mosquitoes flew in.

unfortunately, the smart room on the 3rd floor has no balcony and is very stuffy, the air conditioning is not turned on in May, the restaurant is very nice to have a menu in many languages, but unfortunately the translation, especially into Russian, is not accurate and funny (I compared in German and Russian) for example , instead of fish fillet - fish jelly is written in Russian, instead of veal in the dish there is beef and icons of regional products and with a leaf in different menus on different dishes - these are of course little things that could not overshadow the rest
