Dinner at 19.30 and even waiting for the order is not suitable for us - it is very late. Given the time difference, a significant violation of the regime occurs. The bed sheets are changed frequently, but the bathrobes are changed once a week.

We decided to explore a new place and did not regret it. Wonderful pools, with running mineral water, illuminated, open until 11 pm. There were many hydro massage places, the bliss knew no bounds. My wife took treatments and massages - she liked everything, I only took pools - that was enough for me.Negatives
I want to write about the food: the breakfasts are normal, it’s difficult to spoil anything, but the lunches with a choice menu... I’ll tell you in more detail. The menu is offered: 3 first, 3 second courses from which you need to choose the first and second and 2 main courses, something like grilled. And we have to wait for this. Appetizers, desserts - a buffet, without restrictions and while you wait for the chosen dishes - you used to fill yourself up with appetizers, and when these dishes are brought, you try and put them aside - with rare exceptions, it is impossible to eat the food, it is not very tasty. Having realized this, we then always took the standard dishes, cooked on the grill, and didn’t leave hungry))) On our next visit, we decided to take only breakfast and eat in restaurants, of which there are many nearby.

I have visited the Mioni Pezzato SPA hotel more than once and have always been very pleased with everything that is in the hotel: the hotel staff works well and harmoniously! The procedures are beyond praise, professional massage therapists! The waiters in the restaurant are great, they work quickly and efficiently! The restaurant has a large selection of vegetables and fruits, cheeses, excellent milk, and since I don’t eat meat, I was satisfied with everything and of course I will come to this hotel again. Thanks to all the hotel employees for their hospitality and excellent work!

The only downside is that upon arrival no one took us around and told us about everything that was in the hotel. There are a lot of Russian speakers, but they are of little use. Christina received us and tried to explain, but she said that she had a lot of work and could not pay so much attention to us (although later we saw that all the guests were taken). I think that there must be a person who does this. Due to the fact that we don’t speak English, it was very difficult for us. Now food: a lot of fruit! A lot of seafood (who loves it) Meat dishes are not very tasty

We ordered a package of procedures. For two consecutive days, the masseuse Anna Giacchin did the massage for 15-20 minutes for unknown reasons, I asked the registry. Then, with a favor and without proper professionalism, she did the procedure. After our complaints, she was replaced and in the future everything was wonderful. Thank you leadership for responsiveness and understanding.

Everything in the hotel is gorgeous! The pools are the best. The food is so delicious that you won’t be able to refuse to try another small piece :) so be careful. All shops and the interspar market are a five-minute walk away. We were met at the airport by a very pleasant driver in a luxury Mercedes and the start of our holiday was wonderful.Negatives

The only negative from the stay is related to the notification of the return transfer, which was not sent, as promised, the day before departure. Because of this, I had to worry and write requests via SMS and email. As a result, by approximately 21 o'clock the notification was received by email, and the next morning a note was received from the reception about our departure. At the same time, the note contained the date of the previous day and the time 19-00. От вас не было ответа. 07.09, за день до выезда, я попыталась отправить вам, на всякий случай, еще и смс. Оно не ушло. Я позвонила в отель и не нашла вас там, в итоге оставила информацию на ресепшен. Это было больше для подстраховки, потому что подтверждение о вашем пожелании должно было к вам прийти еще 31.08. Всего доброго, остаюсь в распоряжении для дальнейших разъяснений. Very bad that the doctor Mioni insisted on the mud wraps of the whole body, this is not suitable for everyone. For example, only appliqués on some parts of the body were needed for me. I think this is very wrong and it is necessary to change. This is a heavy procedure, especially for the elderly people. Also we didn't like the food, couple times we both my husband and I had big problems with the stomach.

At the restaurant several times we had to wait for more than 40 minutes for orders for dinner from the main menu. The request for a late check out was not satisfied, although the hotel was informed about this on the day of booking. Those last days of stay were spoiled by waiting for an answer. We had to leave the hotel at 11 o’clock, the plane was at 23.55, we had to move to another hotel. Last year, individual transfers ordered through the hotel directly were not provided. They were picked up from the airport only after 3 hours. Therefore, the transfer this year was organized through you, very clearly

The water in all the pools was very hot, 35 - 37 degrees, so we couldn’t swim. We kindly ask you to make sure that lovers of hot water can enjoy it in one pool, and there is also a place for lovers of movement and sports in water with a temperature of 32-33 degrees. Thank you again.

We were pleased with the delicious dinners, as well as pleasant evening programs - live music, wine tastings, etc. And also, the girls come to dinner here dressed up in dresses, accessories, etc., so full speed ahead!
