When I came to the new doctor Janina Sadeckiene for an appointment, this doctor at first did not let me into the office. She spoke to me in an aggressive manner, saying that I was in the wrong office and my doctor was seeing me in the office next to me. She screamed so loudly that the nearby patients sitting in the offices and passing by should have all heard her putting me in my place. The only thing I said was that I changed doctors. To which I received an answer that this cannot be done and that in general she cannot help me with anything. My last phrase was that I was very upset by this meeting, to which she shook her head and said that I could sit and calm down. My question is, where is this doctor’s ethics, morality, and empathy? I was advised to go to the administration to the general director of the sanatorium. The general director's secretary went out into the corridor and brought in a young man who did not introduce himself; he looked at me questioningly, standing in front of me. I managed to say just a few phrases and he interrupted me and said that he understood everything. He wrote down my details and said that they would contact me. Two days later, the girl from the reception called me and asked me to come in, she apologized that this happened with the procedures, although it was not her fault!
