We rested for 10 days in this sanatorium. Everything is very worthy. We were happy with the room, took a two-room suite and the service was excellent. We saw a lot of children in the sanatorium, which means it’s good for children there and there is a separate program for them. The staff is very polite and tries hard. We liked the massage department, there are many good specialists. The treatment complex is stylish and very good. Not like in sanatoriums, it feels more like a spa hotel. The food is good, tasty, mostly homemade. I was very pleased that there were a lot of Russian dishes. We vacationed in February, really enjoyed it, it wasn’t cold. The quality and condition of the rooms does not correspond to 4*. The rooms and the hotel itself are in need of cosmetic repairs. We had a deluxe room. The cleanliness and hygiene in the hotel - the swimming pool, changing rooms, lobbies, toilets corresponded two years ago to more than 4* than now. The food has also become less varied, although everything is very tasty, home-cooked and with love. Nobody goes hungry. I have been vacationing in Druskininkai for many years in a row, I really love this calm town and the treatment opportunities it offers. This year I decided to relax in the Spa Vilnius sanatorium. It is more expensive than the option I usually stayed at before. BUT.. I wanted to try something new, because there are enough options. When choosing a sanatorium, a video report on the website sanatorium.com helped me. This is very convenient, because everything from what the sanatorium itself looks like, its rooms, what procedures are provided, in what conditions, you can see and understand whether you would like to stay there or not. Of course, reviews also play a big role. Booking is fast and convenient. No money was debited from the card, as agreed. The holiday was wonderful, just as I had imagined. Accommodation, food, treatment, atmosphere... everything contributes to maximum peace and recovery. The single room is small, but has everything you need. I knew everything about the room before arriving, and I was a little scared by its size. But I can say that I did not feel any discomfort because of this. Clean, warm, very conveniently located at the very end of the corridor, which gave me the opportunity to sleep in silence both day and night. Which is fundamentally important to me. Cleaned and changed towels every day, robe on the 3rd or 4th day. A lot of good things have already been written about nutrition, and this is true. Tasty, varied, you want to try everything. I would like to mention such dishes as turkey, rabbit, duck, Spanish rice with mussels!! This was very impressive! Cottage cheese casserole, and of course pancakes with apples... I enjoyed them like a child. And as a result, +3kg!!) The girls at the spa administrators are calm and patient, attentive to all wishes. I bothered them for a week with various requests, choosing the right time or replacing a procedure, and always received good service. There is a small shop in the spa area where I found a couple of very interesting and useful products. I would like to mention the girls at the mud applications. Very caring, neat and sociable. I tried different massages, classic, Swedish, for the feet. It was a really good massage and I liked all the therapists. After the massage, they offer herbal tea in the relaxation area. This strengthens the therapeutic effect after the procedure; from the feeling of relaxation, you can even take a nap by accident) A week of relaxation and treatment at Spa Vilnius and I feel great both physically and mentally. It was a good rehabilitation after a cold, as well as an opportunity to relieve accumulated stress from everyday work. Thank you all for your care and attention! PS Special thanks to the man at the reception for his help in troubleshooting the car problem! Unfortunately, I didn’t ask his name, but this situation was so unexpected that I was simply confused.
