Manifesting pancreatitis with strong, dull pains of shingles or localized under the epigastrium can reach such intensity that patients experience shock. The face turns pale, the temperature rises, the blood pressure is unstable, the blueness of the skin appears, there are complaints of nausea, vomiting, belching and bloating. After vomiting, relief does not occur, bile is found in vomit, problems with the stool appear, eye sclera and skin may turn yellow. The treatment program is based on short-term fasting in a hospital, with transition to a diet and drug treatment. In extreme cases, necrosis-treated tissue is surgically removed and a drainage system is installed.
