For the hotel category, we were pleasantly surprised that our hotel room consisted of a living room, bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom. The generous storage space was pleasant. The small terrace also had advantages over the other very narrow balconies. We really enjoyed the lake. We would like to thank Ms. Kovacs at reception again for organizing our departure.Negatives
We had booked this trip with a flight and transfer from Vienna. After we landed on time, the nasty surprise came. There was no promised transfer waiting for us at the airport. After several phone calls and emails from us, after a good 2 hour wait, a very angry driver arrived who we didn't understand. (His driving style was appropriate). In the digital age we cannot tolerate something like this. We should have at least been informed. Instead we were told - then they'll just have to wait - without an explanation and certainly no apology. This is unacceptable and definitely not recommended. After asking us several times beforehand, the return transfer worked out as agreed. But due to the initial stress and understandable excitement, the holiday experience was very spoiled.

The hotel's location in a quiet and easily accessible location from the lake is an excellent location. I am grateful to all the people who took part in my wonderful vacation.

One of the advantages of this hotel is that the rooms are spacious and equipped with a kitchenette. Perhaps for some this will be a plus. Lunch and dinner with coupons in several restaurants not far from the hotel.Negatives
1. Hotels only serve breakfast. And during the entire 9 days of our stay, the composition of breakfast did not change even once. 2. Although at the time of my stay the hotel was only 5-7% occupied, during the entire time the room was never cleaned, not to mention the bed linen and towels were changed, although the maids regularly came to work. 3. The hotel is located on a hill and it’s a long walk to the lake.

I visited Hungary for the first time, the resort of Heviz. A small hotel Napsugar near the lake on a slight hill. Single room with a balcony, large double bed. There is a toaster, kettle, refrigerator, TV. The hotel staff cleaned every day. Very friendly, helped in all matters. Delicious breakfasts, always fresh products. Doctor Zoltán Palotay carefully examined her, measured her blood pressure, and listened to her complaints. The treatment he prescribed was carried out at the hotel: electrophoresis, massage, mud applications. During the procedures the staff is very friendly. Even the lack of knowledge of languages did not interfere with communication. Lunch and dinner were provided with coupons at local restaurants opposite the hotel. Silence in the rooms, fresh air, friendly atmosphere is an additional bonus for your nerves. I liked everything. At a relatively inexpensive price, I received both treatment and decent accommodation. Unfortunately, the Corona crisis got in the way. At first there was no information about this, then everything came to a head. We then canceled our spa holiday and there were no problems with the hotel. It's a shame, but we'll probably book again next time. Elke Reeg
