There are no explanations on how to swim properly, no there are not enough advertisements about the healing properties of the lake, you are always in a hurry after swimming, so the fact that you also pay for the time of taking a shower, drying your hair and changing clothes is also not convenient for some. Yes, and I would just like more comfort and beauty in the bathing area when you are relaxing, between swimming in the lake this is not enough. Is this relaxation...relaxation SPA or not????

Rest depends on the mood with which we come to the resort. Nobody forces anyone to come on vacation, which is why our expectations from staying at a resort are sometimes a little too high. And of course the receiving party should know this axiom. Therefore, the guest should be met at the car and offered help with luggage, and a radiant smile would certainly help to impart a positive attitude after a tiring flight and road. So at the Europa Hotel we were not greeted and we got the impression that it was not we who were tired from the trip, but the reception staff who were tired of us. Everything is polite, of course, but “dry.” We stayed from September 13 to September 27, 2019, room 210 Superion. The resort is good and the Hungarians are wonderful people, kind and honest.
