I liked everything about the sanatorium, the area is very large, beautiful, a lot of greenery. The pool is supplied with thermal water from Lake Hefiz, the food is good, breakfast is buffet, lunch and dinner you have to choose from 12 dishes, the menu changes every week. The treatment is good, the staff are attentive, but they don’t know Russian, it was difficult to explain anything.

Everything was very wonderful!!! BUT: Transfer from the Airport and to the Airport was late by 1.5 hours. You stand outside the Hotel at 4 am with a suitcase and no one has arrived and you don’t know what to do. You call the Sanatorium - no one answers. And it takes 2.30 to get to Vienna Then the Taxi arrives at 5:30, on the road - a detour (road repairs) in the end to the Airport in 1 hour - and run with a suitcase..... Something like that. Everything else is good!

Transfer from the airport is a bit tricky. If you order a group transfer, the time that you have to wait at the airoirt is unknown. The transfer is not an official Sanatoriums transfer or an official taxi, it's a private car and a male driver. This might not be suitable for some travellers. At the hotel nobody had any information about my package or medical treatments, there was no timely information provided from the local representative. It turned out that the treatments were taking place in another hotel 10min away. Upon arrival to the medical centre, there was another challenge awaiting. I paid for my stay and medical procedures in advance. The staff at the medical centre refused to start treatment until the payment was made on the spot. The local Sanatoriums representative was able to help with this matter, but it took numerous back and forth calls and waiting. That was inconvenient. The agreements and processes have not been iron out on the spot and it definitely requires an improvement.
