I was happy with everything in terms of accommodation, food and staff work, the price of the tour included few procedures, only 5 + 10 visits to the lake. My problem is I don’t speak English, there was a translator, which made it difficult to communicate with the doctor. I am very grateful to you for the organized Transfer in both directions of Heviz. Comparing holidays and treatment in Aquamarin and Karlovy Vary – the priority in Karlovy Vary

The doctor was not interested in extracts from the medical history - he suggested that he choose the treatment himself from the available services - he wasted his time getting extracts and copies of X-ray images at home. The proposed (and paid for) second visit to the doctor gives nothing and is of no interest to anyone. I would like to have an extract on the result of treatment - at least in Hungarian - for my Moscow clinic.

Convenient location. Relatively close to the lake, probably about 800 meters. We went to the lake with great pleasure, as it was a great opportunity to lose a couple of kilograms. By the way, the food at the hotel was good, there was no excess in food, which also contributed to weight correction. We got an effect from the treatment, after all, the doctor correctly said that the most important thing at the resort is swimming in the thermal lake and not auxiliary procedures.

We stayed at the hotel for the first time and were completely satisfied with everything. A small park area, three swimming pools, adequate staff. Swimming in the lake gave its results, as my joints began to hurt less and not with such frequency, and my back felt much better. We will definitely repeat our visit to Heviz.

Living conditions and food quality are poor. There are no events at all in the evening. Yearning. Designed for very elderly and sick people.

I mostly liked the hotel because it’s a fairly quiet place, it has its own park, albeit not a very large one, thermal pools, swim as much as you want if the weather doesn’t allow you to go to the lake. Breakfast is not very varied but is prepared quite tasty. The only thing I would like to see is more fresh vegetables.

My wife and I really liked Heviz and Aquamarine. The hotel is located in a quiet location, a 5-minute walk from the center of Heviz - down there, up the hill back to the hotel, but we found the small promenade to be easy. The hotel has a fairly large area: there is a small park part, a very decent indoor 25-meter pool on the street where you can swim, as well as two swimming pools - bathrooms inside the hotel. All pools with healing thermal water. There is a salt room for treating the respiratory tract. Treatment of the musculoskeletal system is varied, the range depends on your time and wallet. The buffet food is quite varied, the staff is polite and friendly. The rooms are quiet. Each tourist is assigned a free Russian-speaking consultant, who also offers and organizes excursions. The range of excursions is very wide: - Austria (Vienna, Graz, Castles of Austria, etc.) - Hungary (Budapest, Balaton, 13th century Fortress Shumeg, other cities). Result: GOOD, and if you’re lucky with the weather then EXCELLENTNegatives
Almost none, except that there is no tea or coffee during dinner.

I would like to thank the hotel staff from the bottom of my heart for their politeness, attentive attitude and unobtrusiveness. The holiday was spent in a calm atmosphere, in the morning swimming in the lake, then the procedure, relaxation, swimming in the lake and walking.

The room in building "A" is like a ward in a hospital. Towels are changed every three days, although almost all procedures involve water. Bed linen - once a week. A robe - never. The staff (administration) does not know Russian. Thanks to the hotel guides - they helped with difficult issues.

You can get treatment here. The unrenovated building "A" is quite decent, clean, linen and towels are changed regularly, excellent mattresses in accordance with the specifics of the resort - treatment of the musculoskeletal system. There is no crime situation at all. Where you forgot something - come back in half a day, it’s there (including in Heviz in general). The staff in the restaurant and drink bar are pleasant. The resort center is small, so many hotels are located normally relative to the lake.Negatives
The first impression of building "A" is very unpleasant, the double room is cramped - only one can turn around, but then you get used to it and the peeling paint on the windows and in some places is not noticeable. The interior partitions have no sound insulation at all, and coupled with the constantly open window before bed for about 2 hours, it feels like we are all in the same room, living as one family (the cry of a child, his parents, a couple discussing something in their own language as if they were at home, loud TV on, etc. At other times it is quite quiet. Breakfast is extremely monotonous, but you can endure it. Fruits are often unripe (at the end of August). The reception staff is not always friendly, probably due to the language barrier.

We will definitely return to this hotel in 2016, the treatment helped a lot, swimming in the thermal lake, which we consolidated with a stay in the thermal pools at the hotel. The effect is noticeable after a week of stay. In Heviz, of course, there are hotels with better medical facilities, but Aquamarine has good prices for accommodation

I liked the hotel’s swimming pools with thermal water, the quality of the food: a lot of vegetables and fruits, always several types of ham, cheese, and fish were deliciously prepared. We took local wine and really liked it. The treatment is effective, I had several procedures performed on spinal traction, I am satisfied with the result, there is almost no back pain.
