The procedures are prescribed adequately, i.e. if you already know what you need to ask for, they will prescribe everything. If the procedure needs to be rescheduled, it is rescheduled. The rooms correspond to their category: in building A they are simpler, in building B they are very decent. The thermal pools are large. The outdoor pool is very comfortable and does not smell of chlorine at all. Nice area by the pool, lots of sun loungers, very comfortable. It’s not far from the lake (15 minutes). The food is good, a little monotonous (but this is true almost everywhere). The food is very tasty. They don’t allow you to take food out anywhere, but for apples no one is watching (at least we didn’t come across it). The market is not far from the sea and not expensive. The hotel is full, but for some reason the second hall is closed, although last year it was always open. People are standing around waiting to be seated at the table. If you ask, they will open a second hall, well, if you know that it is this hall and you need to ask. what kind of strange problem it is not clear... For some reason there are no fresh vegetables at dinner, although they are at breakfast... But, in general, these are minor things. We will have the opportunity to come next year.

Breakfast is monotonous...but the worst thing is that our room was on the 4th floor, and the ELEVATOR did not work, because... It constantly broke down and was turned off. And with sore legs, I had to go up and down the stairs several times a day. But everything was fine.

When asked why not, they smiled sweetly and said no, go down to the hall. breakfasts did not change for 14 days (oatmeal, omelet, boiled vegetables, boiled eggs). It is extremely unpleasant to see how a manager in a restaurant takes away fruits from visitors at the exit that they did not eat, and perhaps could not eat right away and decided to take with them (apple, pear, orange). It is unpleasant to watch, and it is not clear why, the person cannot take it , what he was entitled to, and for what he paid money. The reception staff practically does not speak Russian (as well as other European languages), so you have to turn to representatives of tour companies Janos and Tatyana for help. What is not included in their responsibilities. During my stay (05/21-04/06) the elevator broke down. it could not be repaired for 10 days from May 26 to June 4, I think that at least until 6/06, because... 5/06 was a day off and hardly anyone was working on the elevator that day. Considering the profile of the visitors’ diseases and age, this not only caused inconvenience, but for some visitors it made full treatment impossible.

The quality of services in the sanatorium corresponds to three stars. The staff is very friendly. The room was cleaned daily, towels were changed every 3 days. The food is varied, lots of vegetables. The only procedures ordered were spinal traction and mud wraps. My health improved after the procedures. The cost of accommodation, treatment and visits to the lake as a whole, according to our estimates, is 20 percent lower than in other similar hotels. For the price my husband and I paid, the service was very good.
