Good, useful treatment. The main thing is the unique natural features of Lake Heviz. You can only go because of one lake. It both heals and surprises with beauty. The town of Heviz is cozy, small, well-groomed. Tiled roofs of houses and roses in almost every yard. Hotel Danubius is 4 stars, attentive staff, no complaints. The food is delicious, I eat more fish, but there is always delicious meat, Hungarian sausages, cheeses. Very cheap and good young Hungarian wine....

We just returned from our 2 weeks in Danubius Spa Resort Heviz and I would like to take a moment to extend our special thanks to the whole hotel staff and especially to the staff of the hotel restaurant - the chef is great and the dishes were always top notch! The sanatorium staff was very helpful and all medical procedures great! We are feeling that for many many years this was the best vacation! We are definitely planning to visit again and again and recommend to our friends! Thank you Danubius for your great service!

This is not my first time in Heviz, I love this town, but my first time in this hotel. and I think this is one of the best accommodation options in Heviz. Wonderful pools - both therapeutic and with whirlpools and swimming pools, a small but green area, a good varied buffet for both breakfast and dinner. The treatment was standard for Heviz, but it was nice that there was a Russian-speaking doctor with whom it was possible to discuss and adjust the prescribed procedures without any problems. Of course, the procedures included in the Sanatoriums package are too few for full treatment, but they can be easily supplemented on the spot. All the same, with Sanatoriums it turns out cheaper than if you book both accommodation and procedures directly at the hotel.Negatives
The impression of the hotel was slightly spoiled only by the morning struggle with the maid. If in the first week she came to clean at 8 o'clock in the morning. and it was still possible to somehow come to terms with this, then in the second week she came to clean at 7.15! After that, I simply began hanging a card on the door in the evening asking not to disturb, and that’s the only way I got rid of morning wake-ups.

The restaurant staff should be more attentive and polite to all restaurant visitors. The elevator system requires repair and updating; we lived on the 7th floor. Welcome drinks and dessert are provided at certain times and days that are inconvenient for service recipients. The sauna system practically did not work (prevention or simply cold). The electronic keys to the room did not work well.

This is our second time at this sanatorium and I think not the last. This time we took half board and it was enough. We had a full dinner, and in the evening something light - fruit, tea. The windows overlooked the park - quiet and comfortable. I took the same treatment as the first time - mud, sulfur wrap. My wife added, compared to the first time, individual gymnastics (this is not at all what I thought, but a therapeutic massage), bioresonance therapy and is absolutely delighted with all this!Negatives
Next time, I will only order an individual transfer from the airport to the hotel. When traveling from Vienna airport to the hotel, we were met belatedly (I had already started calling, what happened - why were they not meeting us) by a young guy speaking English or Lithuanian. When we were driving through Austria it was still nothing, but when we crossed the border and drove along a road with one lane in each direction, it was terrible. He was apparently in a hurry, driving, constant jerking and braking, in short, we arrived sick after a sleepless night. We went from the hotel to the airport with him, but it was much more pleasant. We had a fellow traveler with whom we had a nice conversation; there was a stop (coffee and other things) - a completely different level of service!

We were in Heviz for the first time, we really liked everything. This is not the first time we have used the services of your company, and this time everything was very clearly organized, including transfer and accommodation, thank you very much. The treatment was wonderful - they took mud and sulfur wrap, and the lake was just a miracle! The hotel has very good service, the food is plentiful, varied and tasty. Several thermal pools and, when the weather is bad and you are too lazy to go to the lake, then the water spaces in the hotel are quite enough. In the evening there is music and dancing. A very convenient treatment solution. Everything is in a complex. And procedures and pools with thermal water of different temperatures. Friendly staff, but practically no Russian. Difficulty getting clean towels and sheets for swimming pools. You need to have 2 of them, since when cleaning the rooms they don’t always give you clean ones. Room cleaning leaves much to be desired. There is no dust cleaning, especially not wiping the panels, mirrors and especially the surfaces behind the TV. I would like to mention the food. A new and varied menu is offered for dinner every day. I really enjoyed the aqua fitness classes in the pool.
