It was our first time in Hungary and we liked everything. The food is excellent, but you can take half board - it will be enough. Lunch and dinner are the same in terms of the range of dishes - you want to have lunch, you want to have dinner, your choice. Marked on the card. In the morning you get up, go downstairs, first to the outdoor pool with heated water, then go to the thermal pool and have breakfast - plentiful and delicious! Treatment included mud and sulfur wrap. Mud, of course, is something, you lie down on hot mud, they additionally cover you with it and wrap you in an envelope. And you lie there for 20 minutes. If you feel itchy, bear with it - your hands are dirty :) The windows from the hotel overlook the street and the park. We took it outside and, to be honest, in the morning, if the window is open, it’s a little noisy, there’s traffic on the street. But when it was cold and the window was closed, the noise did not bother us. We will definitely come there again.

The staff practically does not speak Russian, but this can be overcome, but there is a big problem with the doctors; a translator is needed. There is little information on the website about the effect of the medical procedures offered in the sanatorium, so that everyone can independently decide which procedures to choose. Compared to the Czech Republic (there are 24 procedures), a paid stay includes only 7 procedures and 1 conversation with a doctor, this is very little.

Rooms are cleaned daily, used towels are changed, and used hygiene products are replenished. - The food is good, although without any special frills. Lots of vegetables, fruits, juices. - In general, the positive impression of the hotel was spoiled by at least the strange behavior of the reception staff. Firstly, for three days they did not want to acknowledge the fact that we had paid full board. Not only were we deprived of our allotted lunch, but we were also accused of lying and wanting to receive unpaid services. It was very offensive and unpleasant for us, already middle-aged 75-year-old people, to see such an attitude. Finally, on the 4th day of “fighting for our rights,” the receptionist bothered to open our documents and make sure that we were not deceivers. Of course, they apologized to us and even promised to compensate us for the missed lunches. And they even gave good compensation, although almost just before the detour and after an additional reminder on our part. And the female hotel administrator told us that since we did not come through a travel agency, but by booking accommodation on our own, there was no one to defend our rights, and that we would get it ourselves. This is a completely strange statement. After all, we paid very decent money for accommodation, paid for three meals a day, 4 procedures a day, a good room. Why are we worse than vacationers on a tour package? In general, it left a very unpleasant aftertaste. I'm not sure that we will want to come here again and recommend this hotel to our friends. So it turns out that the unprofessional and unethical behavior of the administrator and reception staff canceled out the good, and in some places even excellent, work of their colleagues.

I liked the level of service, all the staff are very attentive. The room was spacious, comfortable, with an excellent panoramic view of the resort and a balcony where you can enjoy this view. The food is very filling, I advise you to take three meals a day and not spend money in the city, the food is delicious, the choice is excellent, you don’t get bored. I advise you not to take many procedures, so that the treatment takes place at a measured pace, in the morning and evening to the lake, this is at least 2 hours of time at a time, plus the procedures for another hour and a half, and if there are time gaps between them, then the whole 2 hours. So, with a busy schedule, the day goes by quickly.

Although the hotel is large, you can relax in a calm environment. Everything is very well thought out, for example, the restaurant is on the minus floor, which means no smells seep into the rooms, the treatment area and the hall. Treatment in a large medical center, everywhere there are soft seats to make it comfortable while waiting for the procedure. There is a source from which we periodically drank water, the doctor says there is a lot of sulfur there and it is good for bones. The thermal pools are spacious, we often went there in the mornings and evenings to relax after treatments. The hotel is definitely worth the money.

The hotel is pleasant, comfortable, good treatment and delicious food, it’s quite possible to relax. We liked the thermal pools, which partially replaced going to the lake. In the morning we didn’t go to the lake at all, we swam in the pool, and in the afternoon, when all the procedures were over, we went to the lake and stayed there for 1.5 hours. The doctor at the hotel is smart, he explained in detail how to swim in the lake correctly so as not to overload the body, when we went to Heviz we thought that the more you swim in the lake, the better, but the doctor limited your stay in the water to 20 minutes at a time. And although we swam for a little while, we still felt the effect.

The hotel satisfied all our requests for comfort and quality of food, the food here was excellent, there was always an excellent choice of dishes, the main thing was that we never skimped on meat. The staff is generally friendly, although at the reception they know very little Russian, but my broken English, in principle, helped solve all the issues. By the way, there are representatives of travel agencies sitting in the lobby. If you need anything, you can ask them for help with translation a couple of times. We enjoyed our holiday and felt good after treatment.

We go exclusively to Danubius, as they usually always have a decent level of service. Last year we were at the Aqua Hotel in Heviz, this year we went to Danubius Heviz. We were satisfied with our own treatment center, several swimming pools, a classic thermal pool, excellent food, fairly comfortable rooms, and if you take a room overlooking the lake, there is no noise from the road.

We had a great time at the hotel, we liked the spa area with pools, if you want to swim in the indoor pool or in the outdoor pool. The cuisine is probably one of the best in the city, there are so many dishes that you can eat for an hour and a half before you try at least half of them, I highly recommend Danubius Heviz.

The hotel lived up to expectations, in appearance it is very similar to the hotels of the Soviet era (probably it was built at the same time), but inside the atmosphere is almost luxurious, it is especially good that there is a large restaurant and there was never a crowd. During the procedures, sometimes you had to wait a little, but it is advisable to always arrive on time; if you are 2 minutes late, you may not be allowed into the procedure, these are the rules. The treatment was organized at a good level, the only massages were poorly done by the masseuse. The rest is in order

Among the definite advantages I can say is the excellent food, several swimming pools and the work of the staff. I advise you to try to check into a room on the upper floors, where it is quieter and has a beautiful view from the window. The other side of the coin is that if someone is smoking on the balcony below you, they may be drawn into your room. Overall, the hotel deserves attention in terms of quality of treatment and comfort.

Everyone is mostly happy. The treatment was up to standard, the doctor examined me thoroughly, prescribed mud, thermal baths, and massages. We often visited the thermal pool. I liked the massage as you get it, but my friend with whom we were on vacation together did not get a very good specialist, she was not very pleased. The room was cleaned every day and quite thoroughly, in any case, dust did not accumulate. By the way, you can choose a hypoallergenic room, they offer them for allergy sufferers.
