Dear Nina Ligor, you booked a room in the building Benjamin. Those rooms does not have a balcony and it is connected with the main building by a corridor, which is like 3 minutes from the reception by a very slow walk. The therapy department is half way there within the same building. If you choose to go to the sanatoriums in the center and not using the therapy department within the hotel, it is not our problem or choice. Our hotel provides the medical treatments within the hotel, and the you can use the pool with thermal water which is in the hotel as well. The thermal water of the pool is the exact same water as the lake's water. Our colleagues at the therapy department speaks Hungarian, German, English. One of them speaks a little Russian as well. If you choose to go the lake and to the sanatorium in the center, it is your individual choice and has nothing to do with us. As you can see from the above mentioned things, we did not find the complaints accurate. You got exactly the same what you have booked. _
