There is no complimentary water in the room, no kettle in the room, the maid did not bother to take the empty tray and plates out of the room for a week even though the room was cleaned several times, there were no complimentary hot drinks offered at dinner buffet, overall tea and coffee offered at the hotel were far from great. There was a tax to pay at the check out. I was not informed about it at any point until the actual check out. The hotel staff had no information at all about the treatment package purchased. This had to be communicated through a local Sanatoriums representative. Information was not provided in advance.

When we checked in, I didn’t like the room because there was a huge stain of someone’s vomit on the floor covering in the center of the corridor, which they tried to wash off to no avail and there was an unpleasant smell coming from it. The tulle on the windows is very dirty, covered in terrible stains. When asked to change the room: they offered a smoky room and a cold room on the floor below. Since I wanted to live next to my friends on the same floor, I had to stay in a dirty room, requiring the stain to be washed again, which I subsequently covered with a sheet of newspaper for two weeks! There was no opportunity to drink tea with the desserts that were offered for dinner! Those. There was tea and coffee, but for a fee in the lobby bar! Eat desserts here and go to the bar to wash them down! All other drinks could be ordered. This is such absurdity.

A representative of sanatoriums.com in Heviz (Marina Gyorei) took part in all this fraud and deception, saying that the hotel only recently stopped issuing coupons to its guest clients for a daily 3-hour visit to the lake (although such coupons are issued to foreign guests and Hungarian citizens - I was convinced of this by talking with several compatriots who booked a stay in a sanatorium-hotel while already in Hungary, that is, without contacting travel and other agencies working online with citizens of the Russian Federation, several citizens of Austria and Germany confirmed that 3-hour daily The coupons are included in the cost of hotel services for the entire period of stay). The representative of sanatoriums.com gave me a 10-hour subscription (I could have bought the same subscription on my own by choosing another hotel or sanatorium based on the combination of priority components for me in terms of services, distance of accommodation or food and treatment) instead of 11 three-hour tickets, that is, I have they simply stole not only 23 hours of paid stay on the lake, but actually deprived me of a calm and measured, without haste visit to the lake (for me, an already middle-aged woman with joint diseases and significant difficulties in flexion and extension - and in the locker room you can’t do without this! - visit the lake simply turned into a race for survival to meet the time allotted by the subscription, but at the same time knowing that I had ALREADY paid for 11 visits, which was confirmed by a letter from PANORAMA). It’s our own fault for not counting them, but there were 2 fewer coupons and a lunch box, we got it at 5 a.m., one juice, 2 sandwiches with ham and 2 and a half pieces of cheese. A trifle, but unpleasant. Treatment: for one day it was prescribed: a lake, stretching in the water, mud and massage. Unacceptable, it was very bad at night.

Regarding the treatment, the treatment is carried out in the city clinic, which is connected to the hotel by a corridor, BUT the list of procedures is very small and their time is reduced to twenty minutes instead of thirty. The only plus is the new mud therapy department, everything is wonderfully organized there compared to what was just heaven and earth. My advice is to take only seven mud therapy procedures, and if you need serious treatment, take everything else in hotels nearby that have their own medical facilities. I was treated at the Spa Heviz hotel near the lake. Thanks to the site representative, Marina. She was a very attentive person and told me everything during the meeting; she accompanied me to the doctor. No air conditioning. We were dying from the heat for a week!!! The pressure has jumped! You can’t sleep in the heat, it’s good that the weather has returned to normal over the last week, otherwise such treatment would have been a big challenge! If we compare the quality of food with sanatoriums in Lithuania and Karlovy Vary, the food is monotonous. It was summer, and the only fruits we had were apples, nectarines and apricots.
