Friendly staff, unobtrusive, attentive. There was always a plentiful choice of dishes; every day, without exception, the food was exceptionally tasty. The room is cozy and clean. Many thanks to manager Irina for her help in resolving issues that my weak English was unable to voice.

I really liked the conditions for relaxation and treatment at the hotel. Excellent renovation, the room was very comfortable. We carried out a good diagnosis of the spine, about 3 procedures a day, which was quite enough, plus we went swimming in the lake and also visited the thermal pool in the hotel itself. We were satisfied with the quality of the treatment provided.

Satisfied with the hotel, it exceeded all expectations. We went to Heviz for the second time, and Carbone was recommended to us as a very high-quality hotel. Let me draw your attention to the fact that the food in Carbone is simply amazing, firstly, the assortment is constantly changing, and secondly, there is always a large selection of dishes, and everything we ate was perfectly prepared. The room is completely new, moderately spacious, there are balconies, a safe, a TV, a minibar, all amenities. Internet is free. In the treatment, I liked all the procedures that were done, we also took an additional Japanese massage; Carbone has an excellent specialist who does oriental manual techniques. You don't have to go to the lake in bad weather; the hotel has a spacious thermal pool.

I liked Carbona more than other hotels in which I previously stayed in Heviz. It’s definitely stronger than many in terms of treatment, and also in terms of comfort. Internet is excellent. A huge selection of dishes, I was especially impressed by the breakfasts, they are prepared very tasty. Although the staff does not understand Russian well, there were no problems.
